​Das Hotel besticht allen voran durch sein sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und bemühtes Servicepersonal – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern!

​Leider müssen wir dennoch Abzüge machen und können insgesamt nur wenig Sterne vergeben. Grund dafür ist die Beschreibung unseres gebuchten Pakets: Wir haben „All Inclusive“ gebucht, nirgendwo war bei der Bookingbuchung aber beschrieben, dass es nur Softdrinks betrifft. Daher trifft die Bezeichnung Vollpension die Realität viel eher.
​Verpflegung: Es gab Frühstück (wobei einige Eierspeisen überraschenderweise extra kosteten), ein Mittagsnake und ein wirklich gutes Abendessen.
​Getränke: Bis 16:00 Uhr waren lediglich einige wenige Softdrinks inkludiert. Ansonsten war kein einziges Getränk im Paket enthalten.
​Unter „All Inclusive“ versteht man als Gast schlichtweg etwas anderes. Wer hier bucht, sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass für Getränke und Extras beim Frühstück noch einiges an Zusatzkosten hinzukommt. Sehr schade, da der Service wirklich hervorragend war!

Lontano dal caos bellezza all insegna della natura e la cultura austriaca

Cons:

Den příjezdu do ubytování, arogantní paní recepční. Neměla se zájem domluvit, když jsme použili Rakousko/ ČESKÝ překladač změnila na Chorvatsky...
V nabídce na stránkách je uvedeno plná penze, při večeři zdarma jen čistá voda, o kterou se muselo říci, žádná obnova salátu, každý den to samé. Wellness zóna bez plavek, a vířivka nefungovala takže to bylo pořád prázdné. Záchod a koupelna mají své za sebou pokoj 114,.sprchový kout tekl z obou stran a záchod celkově stěny, cítit nepříjemná vůně.

Svježe ljeto i predivan ambijent i wellness
Pros:

Predivne sobe i ambijent, wellness je super, ugodan, opuštajući. Ljetna klima i temperature su idealne. Katschberg card za goste je super pogodnost. Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno, sve pohvale. Doručak je super, večera u slijedovima isto. U bazenu je topla voda, mislim da se nikad u sklopu hotela nismo kupali u toplijem bazenu. Imali smo ugodan balkon i predivan pogled na Aineck. Predivan kraj za ljetne izlete.

Cons:

Jastuci su grozni. Kao da ih nema. Fitnes je nekako skučeni, zapostavljeni. Igraonica za djecu je isto malo zapuštena. Nisu mi se svidjele porcije u dječjem meniju, malo mesa, po meni premalo za dijete. Mislim da je bila dodana voda u bočicu sa sapunom u kupatilu, tek je nakon par dana pranja ruku krenuo gusti sapun izlaziti :-( to sa sapunom je kao kod nas u Dalmaciji 🫣 Nema frižidera u sobi ni papuča, ni sitnih higijenskih potrepština (stapići za uši, kapa za tuširanje...), mislila sam da je to standard za 4*.

Det er fint jeg blev blot skuffet over det IKKE var all inkl. som var det jeg havde købt.

Det var et hHyggeligt hotelyggeligt hotel og personalet var søde.

Cons:

Jeg bookede på Booking.com hvor der stod at hotellet var All inkl. Det var ikke sandheden for det er åbenbart kun fra morgen til kl. 17 og vi tjekkede ind kl. 18 så det eneste vi fik ud af det var maden (uden drikkevarer) og det var ikke specielt godt. Min fisk var ikke ordentligt tilberedt og smagte meget af fisk, som om den ikke var well done eller frisk.
