Beautiful room amid the action
Pros:

The location is perfect and close walk to everything

The room we booked was large with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the street so we could watch the street life

We used the pool every day, it was a relief from the heat

- the breakfast offers a variety of food and is decent. Perhaps they could improve it a bit and make it 4 stars. I would like see better quality proteins, less sugary pastries, yogurt everyday w and without lactose, seeds

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza a Casa Canabal è stata molto deludente, soprattutto a causa dell’atteggiamento del ragazzo alla reception, che si è dimostrato scortese e poco professionale.

Siamo stati addirittura accusati di non aver pagato il soggiorno, nonostante avessimo saldato tutto regolarmente appena arrivati. Una situazione davvero spiacevole e inaccettabile, soprattutto per una struttura che si presenta come un 5 stelle. Ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione e professionalità nel gestire una questione di questo tipo.

Anche il servizio in camera ci ha lasciati senza parole: eravamo in tre persone e ci è stato lasciato un solo caffè. Quando abbiamo chiesto di averne un altro, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagarlo. Sinceramente, non ci è mai capitato in nessun hotel, e di strutture ne abbiamo viste davvero a centinaia in giro per il mondo. In un 5 stelle ci aspettiamo quantomeno un servizio adeguato al numero di ospiti presenti in camera, senza dover discutere per un semplice caffè.

Peccato, perché una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe distinguersi proprio per l’attenzione al cliente e per la qualità del servizio. Nel nostro caso, purtroppo, è stato esattamente il contrario.

Un hotel con pretensiones de boutique, pero le falta mucho

La ubicación y un muy buen desayuno, de los mejores que tomamos en Colombia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen muy poca luz natural. Están muy mal resueltas el tema de las ventanas.
Las bicicletas que tenian disponibles para clientes estaban en muy mal estado (ruedas e incluso alguna con la cadena rota) y la piscina del rooftop sin servicio. No habian toallas disponibles, todo como muy cerrado y le faltaba mimo.

Como les he mencionado, no fue posible hospedarme en dicho lugar, aunque las expectativas generadas en la web, era muy diferente a la evidenciada, al momento de llegar al lugar.

Cons:

Uno de los aspectos que más afectó mi experiencia fue la sensación de inseguridad desde mi llegada. Cuando fui a conocer el hotel y a dejar mi maleta antes del check-in, encontré una pelea justo en la entrada del establecimiento, con presencia de la policía. Esta situación me generó una gran preocupación, por lo que pregunté a la recepcionista si el sector era seguro.
Aunque ella me aseguró que la zona no presentaba mayores problemas y me recomendó que, si regresaba en la noche, tomara un taxi y pidiera que me dejara directamente en la puerta del hotel, esa recomendación reforzó mi percepción de que existía un riesgo al transitar por el sector, especialmente durante la noche.
Como huésped, esperaba hospedarme en un lugar donde pudiera sentirme seguro al entrar y salir del hotel. La situación que presencié desde mi llegada afectó significativamente mi tranquilidad y el disfrute de mi estancia. Considero que las condiciones reales del entorno no correspondieron con las expectativas razonables que tenía al reservar el alojamiento, por lo que solicito que mi caso sea revisado y se me otorgue una compensación o el reembolso que corresponda.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Para os padrões de Cartagena, é um excelente hotel. Boa localização, bonito, limpo, com água quente e bom chuveiro.

Cons:

O hotel fica ao lado do bairro mais movimentado da cidade. Mesmo com janelas anti ruído, é possível ouvir bastante a rua. Para mim, não foi um problema, mas se você quer silêncio absoluto, aconselho escolher outra localização.
