Como les he mencionado, no fue posible hospedarme en dicho lugar, aunque las expectativas generadas en la web, era muy diferente a la evidenciada, al momento de llegar al lugar.
Uno de los aspectos que más afectó mi experiencia fue la sensación de inseguridad desde mi llegada. Cuando fui a conocer el hotel y a dejar mi maleta antes del check-in, encontré una pelea justo en la entrada del establecimiento, con presencia de la policía. Esta situación me generó una gran preocupación, por lo que pregunté a la recepcionista si el sector era seguro.
Aunque ella me aseguró que la zona no presentaba mayores problemas y me recomendó que, si regresaba en la noche, tomara un taxi y pidiera que me dejara directamente en la puerta del hotel, esa recomendación reforzó mi percepción de que existía un riesgo al transitar por el sector, especialmente durante la noche.
Como huésped, esperaba hospedarme en un lugar donde pudiera sentirme seguro al entrar y salir del hotel. La situación que presencié desde mi llegada afectó significativamente mi tranquilidad y el disfrute de mi estancia. Considero que las condiciones reales del entorno no correspondieron con las expectativas razonables que tenía al reservar el alojamiento, por lo que solicito que mi caso sea revisado y se me otorgue una compensación o el reembolso que corresponda.

Para os padrões de Cartagena, é um excelente hotel. Boa localização, bonito, limpo, com água quente e bom chuveiro.
O hotel fica ao lado do bairro mais movimentado da cidade. Mesmo com janelas anti ruído, é possível ouvir bastante a rua. Para mim, não foi um problema, mas se você quer silêncio absoluto, aconselho escolher outra localização.

L’emplacement dans la vieille ville, et c’est à peu près tout. Le patio est joli sur les photos, il ne compense pas le reste.
Le petit déjeuner : offre limitée, rien de frais, et un croissant dont l’aspect relevait plus du film d’horreur que de la boulangerie. Photo à l’appui, je ne l’ai pas mangé.
L’accueil : reçus par une personne écouteurs sur les oreilles, sans un regard ni un bonjour.
Et surtout la facturation. Une chambre double reste une chambre double : facturer un supplément pour la simple présence d’une deuxième personne, au delà du coût du petit déjeuner, est une pratique inacceptable. Ajoutez un late check out payant alors que le tarif de base est déjà très élevé pour ce niveau de prestation. Tout se monnaye ici, sauf l’amabilité.
