Lovely place with fantastic staff

The staff reception and Alfonso one of our waiters were fantastic , caring and very friendly and helpful

Excelente casa colonial
Pros:

La atención de Karen, hizo todo lo posible para conseguirmos un buen tour de playa. Esta excelentemente ubicado entre getsemani y el casco historico.
La zona de piscina es muy agradable.

Cons:

Por la forma de las construcciones, son habitaciones con ventana interior, al principio puede disgustar, pero luego se agradece porque se aisla muchisimo el ruido exterior.

Well located, friendly staff, beautiful property, great breakfast, comfortable rooms… nice terrace

Cons:

Unfortunately, you always need to knock at the front door to be let in. When there is no staff, it can take a while. Late at night, it isn’t much fun to be locked out of the hotel with no way in. I would suggest a coded door or a key access for guests. Waited 15 minutes, unable to come in. Tried calling and texting, no answer. It was worrisome.

Las habitaciones no tienen luz natural. La ventana es interna y da a un pasillo y no se puede abrir. El baño tiene una puerta de vidrio que no es hermética y no tiene extractor de aire ni ventana. Se complica si vas con alguien...

Pros:

Amazing experience! The staff is really good, hotel is Great, and the breakfast very nice too. Oh, and location is also an advantage of the hotel, no noise from the street and near everything:)
