JUFA Hotel Bleiburg

Staff is exceptional

Came here for mountain biking in July. The town Bleiburg is quite dead but the hotel offers everything you need. It is typically visited by local families with small children at this time of the year. The room is cleaned daily and came with two twin beds that could easily be combined. The staff is helpful and offered advice on how to get a Go mobile if you don’t have a car. The view from the upstairs terrace is great, for a post breakfast coffee on a sunny morning. Highly recommend!

Alles Bestens bis darauf, dass es nur ein Filterkaffee beim Frühstücksbüffet gibt.
Was den meisten Gästen auch recht ist.
Wer den nicht will, der zum Frühstück wie ich einen Espresso nötig, muss an der Rezeption/ Bar gegen Bezahlung holen.
Vielleicht stellt die Hotelleitung mal einen Espressoautomat zur Verfügung, wie in anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie üblich.

Jedoch der an der Rezeption war von hervorragender Güte, richtige Barista Qualität!
Somit war der Tag gerettet !

Viele sportliche Einrichtungen, super!

Grundsätzlich war alles zufrieden stellend. Punkto Speisen gibt es tatsächlich einen befremdlichen Aspekt. Wenn nach dem Frühstück für die kleine jause ein paar Brötchen eingepackt werden die man ja mit den Übernachtungen bereits beglichen hat und in Betracht zieht wie viel Nahrung am Abend oder während der ganzen Woche weg geworfen wirst ist eine Kritik des Personals und das direkt am Tisch in Anwesenheit des Kindes dass man keine Brötchen oder Speisen, und ich meine Kleinigkeiten, einpacken darf, somit auch psychologisch auslöst dass das Kind fast Angst hat zu essen dann ist das eine unprofessionelle Kommunikation und völlig irrational.

mit kindern einfach traumhaft, vor dem hotel ein wasserspielplatz der die herzen meiner töchter höher schlagen ließ, super zimmer, extrem freundliche und bemühte hotelangestellte, top frühstück und unzählige ausflugsmöglichkeiten. auch im hotel wird’s nie fad, carrerabahn, wii, großer spieplatz und eine kletterhalle rumden das angebot ab.

Hotel was generally as depicted on web site, so no surprises there. There were two issues which brought down the overall experience. First, the front desk person who checked us in was generally rude, and disputed our reservation. We had reserved a room for 5, as was clearly stated on our confirmation form which I showed him, but he indicated that the room was only for four. He was firm in his position, and was prepared to not let us have the room unless we paid the extra amount for the 5th person, which ultimately we did. This could have been dealt with more professionally, but the person was verging on being abusive in his approach to dealing with us.

Second, although there are a lot of activities available at the hotel as shown on the web site, with the exception of the slot car track, every one of them is at additional cost. These costs are not listed anywhere on the site, and are only indicated at the time of check in. The costs for the activities weren't excessive, but it was bothersome that there was no indication of these at the time of booking.

The gentleman at check in was super helpful! Breakfast was perfect before a day of riding and the hotel was a great place to relax and drink after

Wir fuhren hauptsächlich wegen des Schikurses unserer Tochter hin und hielten unsere Erwartungen niedrig; Nicht nur wegen der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und des reichhaltigen Frühstückbuffets wurden diese bei weitem übertroffen!

Nonostante il costo nella fascia media, hotel all'avanguardia anche se alla fine è definito un ostello studiato x un impatto ambientale ridotto al minimo.
Fantastici i giochi interattivi x i bambini.
Jufa Arena disponibile x giocare e fare attività.
Colazione insomma (mancano le brioches e torte).
Camere non grandissime ma pulite anche se mancanza di tapparelle ed entravano luce.
Parcheggio esterno non coperto,WiFi Internet gratuito scarsissimo non prendeva mai rete.
Disponibile anche una sauna ma non la abbiamo provata.
Molto vicino al centro si trova a2minuti a piedi dalla piccola città di Bleiburg anche se è un paesino piccolo.
Personale molto cortese e disponibile, parlano tedesco ed inglese.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

- Contra: 1 - 2 Silberfischchen im WC

Spitzen Hotel für Familie mit Kindern, die sind den ganzen Tag im Hotel beschäftigt....Frühstück ausgezeichnet!

Dank Wetterglück per Bahn versch. Orte besichtigt.(Oberdrauburg, Villach, Althofen)

Good quality hotel. We were travelling around Europe and after the experience of this hotel we booked a further 2 hotels from this chain.
