Pros:

It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience.

What a Greek experience! This family-run, hotel is like stepping back into a more simple, regal time.

This is a stay for those willing to slow down, immerse themselves in Greek culture and enjoy a more basic experience. If you enjoy character, personality and good people this is for you. The amenities are very simple but adequate. The hotel is a bit like a museum with beautiful antiques and architectural flourish. The rooms have balconies with sea views and AC. Sure the hot water only comes on during the time of day when people bathe, but it’s rustic. Don’t come to this hotel if you expect every convenience and luxury, come for the experience and the family.

We were lucky to be there for Greek night, when musicians come for dinner and the old patriarch of the family sings and dances. The festivities lasted late into the night. A true Greek experience. The food was authentic Greek and delicious. There is poolside service for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is run by two generations and everyone was warm and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

Step back in time, slow down and enjoy what is important in life, the experience, but, don’t come looking for Egyptian cotton bedding and day spa services.

Pros:

Lovely old baroque building - bits needed repair - safe did not work nor phones and gym sadly not useable but this was being repaired - however staff amazing and helpful. Any problems resolved quickly. Location only short walk from town - lovely pool.

Pros:

The owner and his family are very nice and greeting us. The owner is taking good care of us. He even offer us a ride to the port. It's only 11 minutes walking from his hotel. The view is amazing.

This hotel is very old you feel like you are in 1970’s. The outside look nice but inside it feels like you are in your grandma’s house. NO HOT WATER, no shower door, no working coffee pot at breakfast, breakfast was no good and the room key had a weight on in that had to be returned to the desk when you left the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a quirky interior and very friendly staff. Overall, the place was full of charm. Unfortunately there are no partitions or privacy measures between the balconies and that genuinely marred my stay. Both rooms I stayed in had either noisy or chain-smoking neighbors in the balcony. It is a shame such an asset is not looked after by the hotel so that guests can enjoy it.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σχετικά καλό αλλά όχι 4 αστέρων . Το μπαλκόνι είχε παλιά και άβαφα κάγκελα που φαινόταν ότι θα έπεφταν αν ακουμπουσες πάνω τους . Η καθαριότητα ψιλό άθλια όταν μπήκαμε μας είπαν ότι ήταν έτοιμο ενώ ήταν ξεκάθαρο ότι δεν είχαν σκουπίσει παρά μόνο άλλαξαν σεντόνια . Επίσης το καθημερινό καθάρισμα μέτριο . Η πισίνα καλή αλλά ένα ντους θα ήταν απαραίτητο . Το πρωινό πολύ καλό . Παλιό ξενοδοχείο αλλά προσωπικά δεν με ενόχλησε καθόλου . Προσωπικό ευγενικό . Για την τιμή με έκπτωση που το πήρα ήταν καλά (90 τετρακλινο) αλλά δεν αξίζει παραπάνω . Σε πολύ καλό μέρος 500 μέτρα από το λιμάνι και όχι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο πράγμα καλό . Μπροστά ακριβώς είχε θάλασσα αλλά καθόλου καλή .Λογικό επειδή είναι δίπλα στο λιμάνι . Ωραία μαγαζάκια για φαΐ και ποτό ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα δίπλα στην έξοδο του ξενοδοχείου

Ikke et 4 stjernes hotell. Var heldigvis godt forberedt da jeg hadde lest anmeldelsene før jeg ankom, og derfor var forventningene lagt til Max 2 stjernes. Veldig gammelt og utdatert hotell. Det som trekker opp er servicen til de ansatte, der de veiledet og svarte på forespørsler om Skopelos. Ett pluss med basseng og fin hage, men da forholdene inne på hotellet ikke innbød til å oppholde seg det ble hotell området lite brukt.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, σαν παλιό αρχοντικό. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με πάρκινγκ, ήσυχο και εστιατόρια/καφέ κοντά. Πολύ ικανοποιητικό πρωινό και ωραίο χώρο πισίνας.
Στα αρνητικά, το air condition δεν λειτουργούσε επαρκώς και δεν υπήρχε σίτα..
Γενικώς, θα ξαναέμενα και το σίγουρα συνιστώ!

We had some problem with airconditions and had to switch rooms twice.

Quite bad breakfast, and the cleaning wasn't super either.

Nice view from the balcony though, nice garden with pool aswell.

Okay hotel. They have a nice pool with a bar. The guy that worked in the pool bar was wery kind and welcoming. The rest of the hotel was not the best.
The garden looks nice and the hotel was probably really nice 20 years ago, but is definatly in need of maintenance and refurbishment.
We missed healthier options in the brekafast too.
When we arrived we got a wrong room. I asked the receptionist about this and i emediatly got a new room. But then the A/C didnt work in the new room. So they said that we will get a new room the next day. When we finally got the third room, the shower was broken.
The double beds are just two single beds placed together, that leaves a big space between the matrass.

Fin utsikt men väldigt låg standard på rummen
Pros:

Fin utsikt om man får rum som vetter mot havet. I övrigt ett väldigt slitet och gammalt hotell. Tråkigt att man måste sitta inomhus och äta frukost. Bra läge med gångavstånd till stan. Personalen i receptionen väldigt ointresserade.
Interiören i hotellet känns som ett gammalt museum kan inte ha renoverats på 30 år minst.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une superbe vue mer. Chambres et salle de bain un peu exiguës. L’ensemble demande a être rafraîchi mais agréable séjour. Bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel attentionné.
