Save yourself the hassle

Cons:

Over charged 2 times. Have to dispute with credit card company. Room key would not work. Employee said it was the customer using it wrongly. Employee couldn't get key to work either bc battery issue inside of door lock. No apology from Employee. Employee made comment I could give him a bad review, he doesn't care. When no one said anything about a review.

All around great place to experience Chattanooga
Pros:

Close proximity to the airport and central to shops, restaurants and diversions. Quiet rooms… love the beds!!!!! So comfortable.. pool inviting and roomy…

Cons:

Continental breakfast bleak and unappealing… needs better ways of keeping hot food fresh.

Horrible stay
Pros:

I did not like the property!

Cons:

First of all the room smelled horribly and dirty towels hanging on the door the bed was okay the comforter had a stain on it. Also other people on the same floor as us was smoking weed and you could smell it in the hallway and into our room. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.
