Best deal in Chattanooga.
Pros:

Great hotel and stay especially for the excellent price. King suite. Super comfortable bed. Ice cold A/C! Quiet. Great water pressure. Clean room. Me and my puppy had a great stay. BEST ROOM FOR YOUR MONEY IN CHATTANOOGA...trust me. I've stayed at many.

Our room did not look like it was vacuumed in a while. The elevators were extremely slow and one upfront did not work at

Horrible, trashy, and waste of money.

Air conditioning wasn’t working, supposed to be a smoke free facility but smelled like smoke on 2nd floor, pool was green and needed major attention, elevator was just about non operable because when you went to get off the elevator it had a 8 inch step up to get on the main floor, walls were chipped and dirty, people were yelling cuss words. We didn’t even make it to the room yet and I told my family we were not staying here. Photos on website look a million times better than the actually hotel in person. Very disappointed.

I felt like I should’ve paid $20 a night. By looks of the room
Pros:

The blow dryer had been burned on the end. Dried blood on the bathroom wall and appeared to be splattered across the bathroom door. Found a needle cap in the floor underneath foot stool .
Not many channels on the tv to choose from. Yes had all the HBO

Cons:

Didn’t feel as if it was cleaned very well. One of the towels had blue stains on it . Rotted walls

Good enough exspensive for what I got

Staff did their best to be helpful

Extra fees wore me out
Almost 6,000$ for 2 rooms for 3 weeks
Kinda dirty stained blankets and dust ruffles,thin blankets had to buy extra
Floors are coming apart
Refrigerator in room barely working
Tv had to go several times to the front desk to make operational
Charged a deposit fee for each room every week
Having to rent 2 rooms because I was traveling with 4 well mannered dogs plus paid an extra 15$ per dog per day
After dark the place felt sketchy
