Cons:

No hot water in the shower. Room had a very strong mildew smell, there were black mildew stains on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. No windows to ventilate the room. Very noisy as rooms are built around a central garden where the reception is located. Employees talk and laugh loudly as of 5:45 am and you can hear everything right by your door, so it's very annoying.

Simple room at a great location
Pros:

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a blackout blind. The AC worked smoothly (and you do need it), as did the Wi-Fi. The inner courtyard is beautiful, but not exactly practical as it means you will hear every noise anyone makes at any point (bring ear plugs). Location is the best part - walking distance to all points of interest in the old town and plenty good restaurants around.

Cons:

There were some minor annoyances, none of which were a complete deal breaker: the room is really tiny (travel light), there was a broken tile in the shower (which meant water leaking on the bathroom floor) and the toiler paper dispenser above the toiler means twisting awkwardly every time you reach for it.
