Pros:

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the historic old town, with some rooms offering balconies overlooking the ocean. Watching the sunset from the balcony is a wonderful way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Most of the major attractions and restaurants are within a convenient 5โ€“10-minute walk.

Since parking is not permitted within the old town, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to and from a parking garage located just outside the historic center.

The staff are extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. A special mention goes to the gentleman who drives the shuttle, whose friendliness and excellent service made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

We would have gladly given this hotel a perfect rating if not for one very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, there appeared to be some insects or bugs in the bedding that bit us during the night, and we developed rashes overnight from what appeared to be insect bites. The itching and discomfort were so severe that we eventually had to remove the blanket entirely before we could manage even an hour of sleep.

This was particularly disappointing given how wonderful everything else about the hotel was. We sincerely hope the management investigates and addresses this issue, as the hotel otherwise has everything going for itโ€”an exceptional location, beautiful views, and outstanding staff.

Zentral in Piran
Pros:

Wir waren schon einige Mal im Hotel Piran. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frรผhstรผck sehr aussergewรถhnlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Und die Aussicht immer wieder toll.

Cons:

An der Dusche fehlte ein Glaselement, so dass man nach dem Duschen im Bad im Wasser stand. Das Bad ist sehr klein und es gibt keine Ablageflรคchen. Fรผr den รœbernachtungspreis erwarte ich ein perfektes und funktionierendes Bad.

Good location but hotel a bit tired.
Pros:

Location excellent, good breakfast

Cons:

Renovations locally which started very early in the morning. Corner room was on the street side and very noisy with revellers until well into early hours - soundproofing needs upgrading.
