This suite is simply gorgeous! Everything about the view, the service, the location, the jetted pool outside (warm), breakfast was amazing. Simply EVERYTHING!!
Constantino helped us from the beginning, with recommendations and transportation. He was very attentive and left us know what was best for the amount of time we were in Santorini.
I would truly recommend this place for any kind of traveler. Thank you so much for everything!! Just remember stairs, ataira, staira everywhere you go in Santorini!

Property is good and staff very supportive. Only one downside. We had booked for 1 king and 2 twin but got sofa bad plus a bed smaller than twin.

We stayed at the property in Dec during the off peak. It is a small boutique hotel well taken care off. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no close by parking and taking your luggage was a hassle. This is not an issue with the owner or property as it was mentioned upfront but didn’t realize the challenge till you walked it. Though this seemed to be typical for a lot of properties in the area being off season no help around. Just be prepared for it. Other than that the owner was super nice and we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect being right on the Caldera. We stayed in the Dominos villa. It is perfect for a family of four. It is not located in the main hotel so it is very private and quiet even though you are very close to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The manager Kostas was available to us by phone whenever we needed assistance.

10/10 experience. Aroma Suites is perfectly located. A tucked away quiet, peaceful location with the most amazing sun set views. Steps away from the stunning cliff of Fira with numerous restaurants and cafes. Costas the owner was the most accommodating, personable host. We arrived late into Santorini, and Costas arranged a ride from airport to location, with access to our gorgeous room. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with just stunning views. Thank you again Costas.

GOOD LOCATION AND SERVICE

Great stay. It's convenient to everything.

This property is on the Caldera and is very difficult to get to. Taxis will only drop you off outside the pedestrian walkway therefore you need to take all your stuff down the hill/steep steps for about a 5 min walk. The rooms are very very small. The staff is not helpful at all; they did not have any recommendations for activities or restaurants. The location is nice though considering you can walk 10 min to the bus/taxi terminal and shops and restaurants.

Amazing location, beautiful secluded room, amazing views, great helpful staff! Everything was better than could be imagined!

Room was very small (no room to have both of our suitcases open on the floor), with little amenities.
Service was otherwise ok except one thing:
We put our iPad in the room and went out for tours. The iPad was lost when we returned in the evening. The receptionist referred to the hotel owner to deal with it. The owner kept stressing such loss/theft never happened before, said no one entered our room but could not show me the security camera footage when I asked for it.
I had to go to local police to report it myself. They did not even want me to write the hotel address on the police report. And since our stay there ended on the next day of the theft, they told us to vacant the room before 11am, not even allowing some extra time, for e.g. the police to come to the scene to investigate.

Wonderful small hotel just steps from the lower city and upper city of Fera. Breakfast served on our private terrace with a spectacular view of the harbor. Staff incredibly helpful. In the middle of everything but quiet and private. We had a lovely stay.
