Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, pedimos un cappuccino y lo cobraron aparte, quizás por la categoría y el precio del hotel podría estar incluido, además demoro bastante en llegar a la mesa, todo lo demás muy bien. El resturnte estaba cerrado pero cenamos en el bistró, estuvo todo excelente, atención y calidad. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro.

*Very* poor communications (even in Spanish), but otherwise, hotel is better than average, though short of excellent.
Pros:


Booked non-refundable reservation for 4 nights (through booking.com, who appears to be partly responsible for the problem). Specified when booking that I would arrive after midnight, as my flight does not arrive until after midnight.

Having confirmed my reservation and taken my money, I was then notified that my "request" to arrive after midnight was "subject to availability."

Of course, it was not a "request." It was a condition of the reservation, specified as part of the agreement. I can hardly be expected to fly to a foreign country and stand outside on the street after midnight with my child in midwinter in a strange city wondering whether I can get into the hotel I have reserved.

Hotel did not reply to texts (via booking.com) or email.

UPDATE: 48 hours later, as my flight to Córdoba was awaiting take-off, I did finally receive an email from hotel confirming that I could check in after midnight.

Room is sizeable, as is lavatory. Midwinter; room is warm. Turning on A/C (set to cool) results in warm air blow, but can simply open tilt window, so OK, though on lower floor facing street, so frequently awakened by traffic noise, etc. Pleasant common areas, and breakfast.

It may well be the best hotel in Córdoba, but on a North American / Euro scale, it's an high three-star. Imagine a Leonardo with a better restaurant.

In reflection, now that I've spend some time here, I'd've stayed in a different neighborhood, like Neuva Cordoba. That's not the hotel's fault, but Centro isn't where I'd prefer to have stayed, had I known (I didn't).

Excelente la ubicación céntrica! El personal muy servicial y las habitaciones muy buenas y ropa de cama y colchón fantásticos!desayuno buenísimo y la cena en el restaurante del hotel es de otro nivel 100 puntos ! El 7mo piso con pileta climatizada y lugar para relax y tomar algo al aire libre! Sin dudas volveremos nuevamente
