Schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, gefüllter Kühlschrank, Bademantel und Pflegeprodukte am Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Hervorzuheben ist der Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad, 2 Saunen und einem Sprudelbecken. Anschließend gibts noch eine Massagemöglichkeit. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet ergänzt durch einige böhmische Spezialitäten (Wurst, Fleischstrudel).
Leider gab es nur Filterkaffee. Cappuccino & Co musste man extra bezahlen
We had a very pleasant stay at LH Parkhotel Hluboká and overall, everything met our expectations.
From our point of view, all the essentials were handled very well the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good with a solid variety, and the reception staff were professional and welcoming. Parking was also a big plus, with plenty of available spaces, which made arrival and departure very easy.
The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the center of Hluboká nad Vltavou and roughly 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful Hluboká Castle.
What really stood out for us was the spa area. It is clearly recently renovated and offers a very nice, relaxing experience, definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Celkově lepší standard. Teplo na pokoji. Čistota.
Hned na úvod je v popisu ubytování, že rezervace parkování není možná, což se ukázalo jako nesprávná informace, protože hned v první zprávě od ubytování bylo uvedeno, že si rezervaci lze doplatit. Ani to však nebylo jednoduché a nakonec si to vyžádalo telefonát.
V popisu je napsáno, že ubytování má 2 restaurace. Po příjezdu a ubytování jsme se chtěli naobědvat. Dotázal jsem se tedy v recepci kde je restaurace a zda vaří. Docela "naštvaným" a nepříjemným tónem mi recepční bylo odpovězeno: "NO TADY ROZHODNĚ NEEE!" málem jsem se jí omluvil, že ji obtěžuji. Druhá restaurace nazvaná "Lovecká chata" podává jen zvěřinu a pod. Pro normálního čecha který by si dal české jídlo není co vybrat. Mají zvěřinu, ryby a jehněčí...
Wellness by bylo celkem OK, pokud by prostor nebyl rušen "řáděním" dětí méně přizpůsobivých spoluubytovaných. Myslím, že by zde bylo možno dohledem personálu mnohé zlepšit.
Internet pokud fungoval, byl OK. protože ale měl výpadky, raději jsem použil data z mobilního telefonu...
Snídaně, která měla být "SKVĚLÁ" byla spíše průměrná s celkem omezeným výběrem.
Po snídani jsme na kliku dali visačku, že chceme uklidit a šli na vycházku po městě a zámku. Když jsme se vrátili okolo 13:00 do hotelu, na chodbě byly v družném rozhovoru (asi 3) pokojské a náš pokoj byl ve stavu jako když jsme okolo 9:30 odcházeli...
Das Personal war sehr nett, es wahr sehr sauber.

Líbilo se mi, že jsme měly dříve připravený pokoj a mohly jsme se ubytovat už po příjezdu. Wellness v ceně ubytování byl moc fajn a celkově jsme si pobyt skvěle s kamarádkou užily.
Neměly jsme žádné výhrady.
