La recepcionista pésima , presionando que pague los masajes jaja como que se mi iría del lugar sin hacerlo , me causó una incomodidad, de todos los países conocidos es la primera vez que pasa un recibimiento tan de mal gusto , llamándote del pasillo a lo lejos como cualquier cosa , no llegando a nuestro encuentro como corresponde.
El olor a viejo y a humedad , tremendo de fuerte ... sería bueno que ventilen las habitaciones, las duchas del spa no funcionaban , sería bueno que la acondicionen mejor por lo que cobran... todo muy tétrico, sin tele . Apostando al turismo local una desilusión. Tuvimos que dormir con aire acondicionado y ventilador porque no se aguantaba el tufo.
Las instalaciones, impecables
Que no informen bien los servicios del spa y del desayuno, se puede sentar en cualquier mesa para desayunar y no informan cuál es la mesa designada para cada huésped.
En la cama nos picó un insecto durante el sueño. No pudimos identificar cuál era pero si quedaron las picaduras.
Todo el personal debería tener la calidad y amabilidad de Beatriz. Ella podría entrenarlos. El personal del spa y masajista muy buenos
No hay lugares para comer cerca. Podría haber a la noche algún par de platos y postre simples

Auf einmal sollte die Übernachtung mehr kosten als vereinbart. Als wir uns dann beschwerten war der Wechselkurs auf einmal anders und bei Wechselgeld versuchte man uns auch zu betuppen. Frühstück war auch eher unterdurchschnittlich!
We were disappointed that the hotel was so gloomy and very dated. Although the room was large and clean, harsh flourescent-type lighting made the room feel cold and unwelcoming. The receptionist did not speak one word of English, although, when we could make her understand, she was helpful. The hotel is situated a long way from the nearest restaurant with little street lighting around, so we ate at the hotel in the evening with very indifferent food. The spa was nice with a large warm pool and a hot jacuzzi and sauna at no extra cost. We would not recommend this hotel to friends.
