Pros:

Nie było śniadania, więc nie ocenię śniadania. Lokalizacja od Zamku Wawel idealna.

Cons:

Rezerwacja była na 3 osoby. 3cie nakrycie nie zostało przygotowane. Na szczęście sam przyjechałem, 3cie nakrycie pościelowe nie było potrzebne. Pokój ogółem był przygotowany na 2 osoby tylko. Pisząc do obsługi hostelu apropos nakryć łóżkowych nie dostałem odpowiedzi....

Nie dostałyśmy się do apartamentu, nie mogliśmy skorzystać z noclegu i był brak wiadomości ze strony recepcji gdyz podali nam kod do klucza w wiadomości przesuwali godziny zameldowania od 14 według planu przesunęli nam na 16 i nie można było go otworzyć. Recepcja nieczynna, brak kontaktu telefonicznego przez kilka dni. Finał taki musieliśmy wynająć inny holel przyjeżdżając z końca Polski

Skandaliczny kontakt z personelem w kwestii uzyskania faktury. Pyskówka, nieprzyjemna rozmowa - gdy okazało się, że mam rację, wysłałem prośbę o fakturę i dane na czas, przed przyjazdem - zdawkowe `skontaktuje się z księgową` i tyle. Żadnego przepraszam czy... Od tego momentu zero kontaktu, telefony są nieodbierane. Słabo! Od pobytu minął już miesiąc i przestałem wierzyć w to, że coś da się załatwić.

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani al nostro arrivo. Ma ho contattato subito lo staff e nel giro di pochissimo me li hanno portati.

Greta location and brand new apartament
Pros:

The room was spacious and nicely renovated, with a brand new AC. The location is excellent – right between the Jewish Quarter and the main square in the Old Town, surrounded by convenience stores like Żabka and close to the tram. It’s also about a 20-minute walk from the train station through the beautiful pedestrian streets of the Old Town.

Cons:

However, the Wi-Fi was weak, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were really poor quality – it felt like they could have invested just a bit more here.

Overall, for the price it’s hard to beat, and the comfort and location make it a solid choice.
