I had a short stay in Novotel Bangalore. However it was an amazing stay with amazing hospitality. Everyone from the reception to the managers are all nice. They made a big deal on my check out too, gave me a dessert for a happy journey. Absolutely coming back here again!

Having travelled to Bangalore almost every quarter since 2016, I’ve stayed at my fair share of hotels along the Outer Ring Road. Yet Novotel has become my preferred choice — and it’s not simply about location. There are plenty of hotels in the vicinity, but none that match the consistency and warmth that this property delivers.
What sets Novotel apart is its attention to detail — from the small, thoughtful touches to making big moments truly special. The housekeeping is impeccable, the open-air dining experience at The Blue Terrain is a delight, and a session at TatvaSpa never fails to rejuvenate after a long day of meetings.
A very special mention must go to Lira Das, Guest Experience Manager, who has — without exception — gone the extra mile to ensure every stay is memorable. From check-in to check-out, she makes it a point to personally connect, either in the morning or evening, to ensure everything is meeting or exceeding expectations. Her dedication is clearly reflected in her entire team, who carry the same spirit of genuine hospitality.
After nearly a decade of visits, Novotel on Outer Ring Road continues to feel less like a hotel and more like a trusted address in Bangalore.
