We recently stayed at your property to celebrate our first Valentine's Day since our wedding, booking our room via Accor points. While the reservation (under Saumyadeep Tarafdar and Soumita Mukherjee) was special to us, we had mixed experiences.
Unfortunately, our dinner at Blue Terrain was disappointing; the food was served cold and the music did not create the right atmosphere. However, the service at the hotel was exceptional. We would like to specifically commend Taufeen, Nutan, Chanchal, and Biswajit for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay memorable despite the dining issues.
It was happy to stay in Novotel hotel. Good food availability, nice appearance, recommended to stay in this hotel.
