I will say the service I received during my stay was pleasant. However, that was the only positive. This hotel did not match the Marriott name nor the price point. At $200 a night (& that was a discounted rate) this hotel fell well beyond expectations.

Upon check in I was told I received an upgrade to a city view. The room was on the 10th floor. Upon entering the elevator we noticed the tv screen was broken and severely scratched. This should have been our first sign of what’s to come. Upon exiting the elevator on the 10th floor we were greeted with purple carpet and white walls which were scuffed/damaged in several places. It was as if I walked into a horror movie. There was a crib that was left at the end of the hallway and seemed to have never moved during our stay. Upon entering the room, we noticed there was a large crack in the window but there was a label on the top of the crack that stated “inspected” so we assumed the hotel already knew about this. Let me remind you this was an “upgraded” room. The city view was mostly of the construction and dirt right outside. I can’t imagine a room with a cracked window would be considered an “upgrade”. In addition the shower gel in the bathroom was empty and mold plagued several areas of the grout. Unfortunately I don’t have all the pictures of the issues I saw… mostly because there would have been so many to take.

Overall the modern exterior does not match the dilapidated interior of the building. Location is good though close to the airport and a short walk to the metro stop & 15 min ride into the city.

That being said I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The proximity to the airport and access to city center isn’t enough without some major renovations.

Well located for the exhibition/concert hall!! You could not ask for a better located hotel next to the concert hall. The breakfast is like a school canteen so try to avoid the busy times for breakfast. The hotel does NOT have enough staff. It took 30 minutes to check in as only one staff member was on duty. The bar area is pleasant but long waits to be served. Rooms are clean and well serviced. It is expensive and ideally should have more staff on duty.

I stayed at this hotel as a part of the Best of Scandinavia Kesari Tours group tour. This hotel has very good amenities. It is conveniently located in proximity to the international airport. The breakfast provided is very good . A quiet and comfortable hotel that is highly recommended.

Great hotel, nice bar and restaurant. By far the best in this region, nice room good AC great staff easy acces to the city center by tram. Highly recommended

Location is right across the Bella Center conference center, super convenient to attend conferences.

The area is about 4 subway stops from downtown, and the hotel is near the subway.

Room is spacious, bright and clean.

Bathroom is small, with the most annoying sink ever. Rarely seen a sink this small. It’s so small, everything falls off.

Service is not so great. The provided iron and ironing board were rusty and dirty and leaked rust water on my shirt when used. Requested a new iron from front desk but it took a while.

Hotel has no room service, it’s replaced by a shop downstairs in the lobby.

Housekeeping is good but did not give me shower gel for 3 days straight.

Breakfast is good.

We stayed at AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms, paying around £850 for the stay, plus an additional £81 for breakfast for 2 people.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The pillows were dirty when we arrived, and although staff changed the pillowcases after we reported the issue, the overall cleanliness of the room was still below our expectations. For a hotel of this standard and price, we expected much better housekeeping.
The breakfast was average and did not feel worth the additional cost we were charged. We were surprised by the extra breakfast expense given the overall quality offered.
On a positive note, the rooftop restaurant was good and we enjoyed our experience there. The staff were polite and responded when we raised concerns.
Overall, while the hotel has some good facilities, the cleanliness issues and poor value for money left us dissatisfied. We would not consider this a good value stay for the amount we paid.

Stayed here for one night. Short distance from airport but not really close to anything. Hotel is still partially under construction but room was good. Parking lot charges.

Don’t stay unless you have to because you are attending a conference. Neither kettle or hairdryer worked. Tried to phone reception but phone didn’t work. The previous guests’ cheeseburger was still in the fridge which was a treat to see on arrival. Breakfast was manic and hard to find a seat.

Crasy experience, booking the suite for check-in 15:00 i have to wait 2-3 hours before it’s ready. Disaster.

Another good stay at this property. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to a metro station (20 minutes to the city center).

As titanium elite, I was upgraded to a large corner room. Accommodation is modern and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Avoid staying at this hotel if you want to save yourself unnecessary hassle. I arrived in the afternoon, which is not typically a peak check-in time, yet the process took over 30 minutes due to a massive queue with only one staff member handling check-ins. Even airports and train stations manage queues more efficiently than this hotel.

To make matters worse, despite booking a queen room, I was initially assigned a twin room. The staff blamed it on a system discrepancy and moved me to another room, which, unsurprisingly, was again a twin room. It then took another 30 minutes to finally resolve the issue.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service one would expect from a Marriott property. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Lovely hotel.just 10/15 mins to the city centre on the metro.nice breakfast,could have been hotter, and rooms are clean and functional.Sky bar was great but very expensive.check in /out very easy.

Cleaning staff left durty rags in the room, no free parking

Positive:
Nice hotel with a perfect check-in. The staff were very professional, and the breakfast was good.

Negative:
A warning to other guests: the hotel uses APCOA Parking Danmark, which has a very poor reputation in Denmark and is widely criticized for aggressive practices - the parking mafia.

We also found a sock from the previous guest in our room, which was not a good start. After about 10 minutes, another couple tried to enter our room. Their key had apparently been linked to our room number, which was quite concerning.

The wellness area was disappointing. One sauna was cold, there was no pleasant aroma in the steam sauna, and the warm bath had a low water level. You could even remove tiles from the bottom. When looking up, you could see dirt and mud on the ceiling.

Overall:
The hotel has some good points, especially the check-in experience and breakfast, but the cleanliness, room management, parking arrangement, and poor condition of the wellness area made the stay far below expectations.

We had a wonderful two nights stay at this beautiful hotel just outside of downtown. An easy Metro ride into the City Center. Fantastic Danish breakfast each morning, and would recommend! Olga and Karoline went out of their way at the front desk to help answer questions and help us navigate our time in Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend beautiful Marriott property, and look forward to our next visit!

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the adjacent Bella Center, which was very convenient. The hotel had everything that I needed - clean, functional, quiet room with all the key amenities (coffee machine, iron, good shower, etc.). The restaurant on the mezzanine was so good that I dined there more than once. To be fair, the area is not nearly as interesting as downtown Copenhagen, but you are not far away by Uber/public transportation. If you are attending a meeting at Bella, this hotel is an ideal choice. However, depending on season and when you book, the price point may be an issue. (Pro-tip: If you can stomach booking at the last minute, you may benefit from much lower rates. At least that worked for me.) I would add that all staff with whom I interacted were very courteous and helpful, as one can expect from Danish hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay at AC Bella the next time I am in the area.

Overall, 4 stars because this hotel is reasonably priced, the room was clean and the views (floor 22) were excellent. However some of the public areas and lifts etc are looking a bit tired, suggesting some attention to property maintenance is needed. Very convenient location - close to the metro and easy access to airport and city centre. The breakfast buffet is ok but rather small for a hotel of this size and busy even at ‘quiet’ times.

We stayed from 13th-17th. If you are looking for a bedroom equivalent to a sauna you have the right place. We complained and were offered a room change which we accepted but with the same conditions. Honestly my wife and I contemplated sleeping outside. I requested flowers for Valentine’s Day to which I did not pay for as it was too expensive and was still charged for it despite not receiving them. The only praise I will give this hotel is that it’s close to the airport and a shopping centre but for what you pay you would expect a lot more than it offers. I will not be staying here again and I would not recommend.

We had a very disappointing stay. We waited a long time for the elevators, even though the hotel was not busy. The TV in our room kept turning on throughout the night, and the bathroom was much smaller than shown in the photos. The view was also awful, facing a car park and construction site. Staff were rude and uninterested from check-in to check-out. We were told at arrival that there was a Valentine’s spa deal that we hadn't known about, so everyone who had got that paid less than us but meant the spa was 'fully booked'. We had gone to this hotel for valentines to use the spa! There was no prior information that we needed to reserve in advance or pay an extra 300 DKK. We managed to book and pay the fee for the next day after check out. The spa itself was extremely poor condition. I worked as a spa supervisor for over 12 years, and this was one of the worst-designed spas I’ve ever visited. The changing area was tiny, lockers were broken and beeped loudly, and there was no space to sit or change. The slippers provided were unsafe and caused guests to slip on the wet floors. Many nearly fell. Pool tiles were falling off, we gathered 3 floating aound on the surface! One 'rain' shower didn’t work, and there was black mould near the heated beds. BLACK MOULD? is dangerous and should be checked and removed. Water cups were left on a rusted plate, leaving brown stains, and the salt scrub advertised was unavailable. Overall, the experience was upsetting and far below a 4-star standard. I would not recommend this hotel.
