There are better hotels with better service
Pros:

The staff at restaurants and bar is shor staffed. They may take 45 mind , 1 hr or more to take your order, serve and or bring check. Very bad organization even more if there is an event or conference. Better places than this. Food is not superb, very every else and service is just below OK.

Excellent Stay and Friendly Service! (5+ star)
Pros:

Excellent stay at this place! I stayed for one night after my flight to London getting cancelled. So I booked the room last minute. The staffs at this place are one of the friendliest and happiest that I've stayed at any AC Hotels. Annita warmly welcomed and acknowledged me as a gold member at the check-in. Thank you for the room upgrade in the morning to the Executive Suite! Check-out experience with a female colleague surpassed my expectation. Their enthusiasm and curiosity to the guests with strange look of the building really made my days throughout the stay. Room has excellent sound proof. However, the room was cold but nevermind - I really enjoyed the room and stay. We understand the unusual cold weather in Copenhagen. The other staffs were also very friendly and professional. Breakfast quality was also good too. This was an excellent value to stay at this place. Thank you :D

A good hotel for business travellers as well as families.
Pros:

Although Bella Sky is a large hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are many good restaurants nearby as well as easy access to the metro, and the hotel itself also offers two highly recommendable restaurants. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the views of Copenhagen’s skyline and Amager Fælled are outstanding. I give Bella Sky my warmest recommendations, especially for guests attending events or exhibitions at the Bella Center.

Spectacular Hotel
Pros:

The Bella Sky is exceptional on so many levels. Location wise it is very well located, only a short drive from the airport and a 10minute walk from the metro to the city centre and adjacent to the Bella Arena. The lobby area is spectacular in design. Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, awesome views. While we didnt get to use the fitness and spa facilities they looked lovely. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, Martha's is a lovely restaurant and the food selection was lovely.
The sole recommendation we have is that a cooler room temperature option is required.

Good beds, wonderful breakfast
Pros:

One of the best hotel breakfasts. Really good hotel, clean and the sort of standard you expect in a big hotel.

Amazingly comfortable beds.

Terrible Bathroom Design
Pros:

+ Modern and stylish
+ Good breakfast
- Unforgivably bad bathroom design. There was very little countertop space, but the worst part was the completely clear view from the shower and toilet to the bed. Other hotels have had almost as poor solutions, but at least they usually use frosted glass. This time it was plain, transparent glass. I cannot recommend the hotel if you expect any bathroom privacy at all.
+/- The spa area was quite nice, and the steam sauna had a good level of steam. However, the Finnish sauna was missing a water bucket for throwing water on the stove, which is always a big minus.

A mixed experience
Pros:

My stay is not finished yet so may come back to edit, but so far I would say it is a mixed experience. The hotel is an impressive building and I had excellent check in experience, kindly allowed to check in early and given a room with a view. I appreciate that. I also requested a firmer pillow and one was delivered
Downsides - the room does not smell fresh and clean, there is a stale smell and sometimes the bathroom smells very bad from drains. There is a mould mark on the bed covers. There is staining from someone spilling a drink on the black out blind. I feel like the hotel ventilation is not up to it.
I left room light on green when leaving the hotel for the day in the morning, and when I returned in the afternoon, there had been no room service at all. I wouldn't usually use room service after only a day, but I had hoped it might freshen up and get clean bedding with no mould
I could go to desk to request it but I don't want to have to leave room again now after a lot of walking
It is more expensive than another well known hotel around the corner, but offers less in terms of quality i feel

This is a very good hotel indeed.
Pros:

This is a very good hotel. The location is just outside the city centre which worked perfectly for me. It is only five minutes drive to the airport. There is a metro station at the end of the road which is no more than a few minutes walk. The metro is extremely safe, fast, efficient and regular. The hotel itself is in a quieter area but I felt very safe at all times. There are regular taxis outside and an uber can be ordered in minutes. There are a few restaurants and shops close by which was useful. The hotel itself is clean, safe and comfortable. The bed was lovely, the shower was great and the windows were huge allowing for a great view and lots of light. My room was ready early which I appreciated. There are restaurants throughout the very large hotel and a nice bar area with wonderful staff. There is a small groceries store inside and a good gym and pool area. You need to book a slot (and pay) if you would like to use the pool. What I found very unusual was how bland the interior areas are including the rooms. This is a massive hotel made up of two very tall towers joined by a skybridge link. There are enormous atriums, corridors and communal areas which could be improved with art, colour or even just pictures of Copenhagen. My room had two enormous white walls that could have been improved with a bit of art or colour. What did cause me difficulty was when the housekeeper banged on my door for about two minutes despite the 'do not disturb' sign being clearly lit. This disturbed my sleep pattern very much and was not good. That said, this did not ruin my experience. I would absolutely stay here again. A great hotel.

5 Stars for Dorota, Ivana and Michael - Hospitality that shines!
Pros:

Dorota, Ivana and Michael alone made my trip memorable - and will be the reason I re-book at AC Bella Sky.

Their hospitality was completely unmatched from anywhere I've been in the world.

With so many beautiful places to go in Copenhagen, it's truly the hospitality which makes the difference on where to re-book.

These three made sure I was completely taken care of, helped me out in a tough situation and made my experience remarkable. All while helping with a smile.

Well done - very grateful for all of you. I feel promotions are in order for these three.

Large hotel next to convention center
Pros:

We almost didn't book this hotel based on some of the reviews, but were pleasantly surprised by our experience. There was no line at reception when we checked in and despite the fact there was a nearby convention and the hotel was filled with convention goers, we were able to access breakfast without lines either. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with European-style cold cuts, scrambled eggs, fruit, baked products, etc. Our room had the necessities (for us): electric kettle, mini-fridge, and iron. The location is away from city center, but it is an easy 10-minute metro ride to get to city center. Our room was decorated in Scandinavian style and was nice, although the glass bathroom wall is a bit strange (it's opaque in parts but still light streams through into the rest of the room when someone is in the bathroom). Halls were a bit dingy, but overall the building was clean.

Amazing architecture and great meeting location
Pros:

The hotel is a fantastic architectural achievement with its two towers but it is also fantastic spot for meetings close to Copenhagen’s airport. It is also very conveniently served by a direct metro link to the airport.
The higher level rooms offer great views even on days when the sun isn’t out in full force. The bed was super comfortable and the blinds are fantastic keeping the daylight out.
The breakfast is a wonderfully rich buffet and the hotel staff is extremely professional in running their countless meeting rooms. The business lunch buffet was also very good. The hotel also has a spa area and a huge, super well equipped gym.

Hotel for EACTS conference
Pros:

Really poor hotel. Air conditioning is really bad and queues to check in and check out. I had a double twin room which the beds had a stupidly thin mattress on each bed that is way wider than the actual bed frame. Therefore it kept moving and falling off in the night. £1,200 for 3 nights. Really poor for a Marriott, living off the location of being next to the conference centre.

The conference hotel that isn’t really
Pros:

When we see you are staying at a Marriott situated next on top of a major conference centre, you expect the management to be prepared for actual delegates to arrive! Along with hundreds of others I arrived on a Sunday evening to find one of the main restaurants was shut. This was just the start. After a fruitless visit to a nearby restaurant, which was closing early as it was a Sunday, I thought, never mind, I am staying on a Marriott, I will have room service. I got back to the hotel and - guess what - “we don’t do room service here”. I am on the 6th of about 22 floors. Next Morning, the lifts, which only hold 4-5 people, kept going past my floor both up and down. I had to find the fire escape myself to walk down for breakfast. Then after the first day at the show, I tread wearily back to find that the restaurant is still closed!!! You couldn’t make it up. Perhaps Marriott should think about who it lets use its name.

Uncomfortable stay due to AC issues
Pros:

The room had no working air conditioning, and I woke up drenched in sweat. When I raised the issue at reception, I felt brushed off and patronized. The response was that a technician would be sent to “check” if the AC was working—as if my experience wasn’t evidence enough. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better comfort and more understanding customer service.
