Highly recommended hotel and exceptional customer service
Pros:

Modern hotel in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed the pool area and the hotel provides free towels for use.

The hotel and room was super clean, and the room was freshened up everyday.

We cannot thank the staff enough, they were exceptional. The level of customer service received throughout was 10/10. Big thanks to Jasmina who arranged our transfer upon arrival to Montenegro. Our plane was diverted while in the air from Tivat to Podgorica. When we landed Jasmina had already arranged for the taxi to meet us, which was a relief and made our arrival stress free. I would recommend using the hotel shuttle service they provided a good rate.

I would return to this hotel on my next visit to Budva.

Pros:

Quarto limpo, super organizado, chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Usei a academia todos os dias, com horário agendado para ficar privada, foi ótimo. Área da Piscina muito boa também. Recepcionistas sempre educadas e dispostas a auxiliar. Não tem elevador, mas não foi um problema para nós.

Cons:

As pessoas que trabalham no restaurante, onde também era servido o café da manhã, não são tão bem preparadas. Todas as manhãs eu era abordada, pelo menos, 3 vezes durante o café, por pessoas diferentes, perguntando o número do quarto. Essa sequencia de abordagem várias vezes no mesmo dia incomodavam. Deveriam ter uma lista de checagem de quartos logo que entramos no restaurante, para evitar a sequencia de abordagens seguintes.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff
Pros:

Beautiful reception area and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly - they really can’t do enough to help. Pool area is lovely, quite small but was never too busy. Breakfast was good and varied and the room was clean and spacious. Lily the spaniel was the best welcome!

Cons:

Ideally we would have liked to be slightly closer to the old town, but the hotel made up for this and the walk was nice. And sometimes the pool wasn’t as clean as it maybe could have been

Cons:

El hotel tiene acceso a las habitaciones por escaleras pero el recepcionista de la tarde nos subió las maletas(creo q su nombre era Vador)

Великолепный завтрак с бокалом шампанского,миленький бассейн,отличное расположение,приветливый персонал! Отличная транспортная доступность.Всё очень достойно!
Рекомендую!

Cons:

Туалет и душ за стеклянной перегородкой напротив кровати немного неудобно,но видимо для другой планировки не было вариантов.

Heerlijk boetiek hotel op een centrale plek
Pros:

Wat een geweldige locatie. Middenin Budva. Voorzien van alle luxe en comfort wat je van een boetiek hotel mag verwachten. Zwembad, goed restaurant en niet te vergeten enorm warm en hartelijk personeel. En Old Town? 12 minuten lopen. Perfect!
