La struttura è di ottimo livello, è posizionato in centro, il costo è nel range "conveniente", buona anche la colazione, credo tornerò a Parma per visitare questa bellissima città e sceglierò questo Hotel

Good value for money. Great location
Pros:

Location: really close to main landmarks and public transportation. Also 5min from the old centre with many restaurants and cafés.

Staff was extremely pleasant, nice and helpful. The room size was adequate, with a desk that was great to catch up on some work. There was also a small balcony with garden view and AC.

Cons:

The isolation could be better. It was easier to listen to people on other rooms and anyone passing by the corridor.
The double bed were 2 single beds together and it was really uncomfortable when I would roll into the middle.

Lenzuola sporche,tende sporche,ragnatele sulla soffitta,tavoletta wc rotta,rubinetto lavandino non erogava acqua fredda,in doccia non si miscela l’acqua,la doccia o la fai fredda o bollente e per di più la pressione dell’acqua é pessima.

A due passi dal Santo
Pros:

La posizione ottima, a ridosso del centro storico e delle zone pedonali e ztl. La tranquillità della via. Staff molto gentile e camera ampia. Bagno con doccia bella e comoda.

Cons:

La camera non era insonorizzata ed essendo al piano terra c'è stato molto rumore fin dal mattino presto con la reception e la sala colazione vicine (anche se molto dipende dell'educazione dei clienti)
