The room and location were good,
I had a very bad experience with the WiFi. I was not notified that they WiFi was being upgraded. I had an important meeting to prepare for and the WiFi was up and down all day. The staff just shrugged it off.

Great location, good interior, very comfortable modern rooms, and nice stuff. I highly recommend it.
A very pretty boutique hotel in a wonderful location just 10 minutes walk from Rembrandtplein and seconds from a tram stop. We were upgraded to a lovely canal view room on the 1st floor which was perfect for our few days stay. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay if you’re visiting the city.
Only one lift for the whole place so usually took ages.
