Important information:

Please note that a smart casual dress code is required at all of the hotel's restaurants. T-shirts and shorts are not allowed. Proper swim wear must be worn in the swimming pool areas. No loose or cotton clothing are allowed in the swimming pool.

For Egyptian guests, please note that it is mandatory to present a copy of national ID, marriage certificates and children birth certificates to the reception upon arrival in order to complete check in.

Please note that there will be a mandatory Christmas gala dinner on 24 December 2016 and 6 January 2017 that costs USD 40 per person,
and a mandatory New Year gala dinner on 31 December 2016 that costs USD 80 per person and is excluded from the room rate.
Children from 6 to 12 years old are offered a 50% discount.

The stay was good ,comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring our comfort and meeting our needs with a smile. The food was varied, offering options to suit different tastes. I thank the hotel team for their excellent hospitality

Cons:

Overall, the stay was good; however, I have a few observations that I hope will be taken into account to improve the guest experience:
The room door locks require maintenance or replacement, as they do not function well; closing the door properly requires a forceful push, which can disturb other guests.
The bathroom and balcony door locks also need maintenance to ensure ease of use.
I suggest extending the operating hours of the water park so that guests can enjoy it for a longer period.

first, i booked in that hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another one! which is Calimera Blend Paradise Resort, that's considered as an upgrade, my coming words are amor that other hotel, it's v nearby, they share certain activities and under the same management:
room is old style hotel; malfunctioned central air con in all the hotel rooms (not in the reception!!) to the level I was sweating during sleep and closing curtains all day to avoid allowing sun rays to hear is more, we booked 4 rooms, they sent the air con guy for the 4, he fixed a bit, but still far far less than the acceptable level, all rooms are like this, is a general air con issue, they offered another room, it had the same issue
wife asked for iron and iron board, reception responded they'll send it for 30 min only as a lot of guests are asking for it, they didn't send it tho! we had that incident that the room door didn't open and management has to send someone to use more force to open it, that's not for us only, German tourists in room 440 had same issue and asked us to call the reception for them; lift is so old that it has no close or open door buttons on its dashboard, only the floor numbers; if you decide to go to this hotel try to spend your time away from the room

Room was cleaned and gift from reception was exceptional.
Overall my experience there was wonderful

Cons:

AC in reception and restaurant was very weak need maintenance.
The bus to beach and aqua was very old and not enough for the guests
