An amazing value with the whole family
Pros:

The location is very good
A short shuttle bus ride to the Aqua Park & the beach
The reception & reservation team were amazing
The food was very decent & clean with good varieties
We had 2 connecting rooms, & the whole family had an amazing time

Cons:

Furniture a bit outdated
Shuttle bus was busy at peak times

الإفطار و عمال المطعم ممتازين و عمال البار

عدم وجود انيميشن على المسبح، و عدم وجود تكيف في الريسبشن و المطعم، و عطل في تكيف الغرفة و تم تصليحه بعد ساعه، و الميني بار تم استبداله في اليوم التاني بسبب عطل،
دخول الغرف كان متأخر حتى الساعه ٣

Pros:

Hotel is excellent. All facilities including aqua park and transportation bus were very good. Also food was very good. Room was clean and cleaned every day. There was a relatively big safe in the room that could take a laptop easily. The swimming pool was nice. The beach is very nice and clean. There is a restaurant in the beach so you do not have to go back to hotel for lunch. There are average quality drinks but very good snaks (e.g pizza) in aqua park.

Cons:

- "Few" guards in aqua park need to have more attention when sharing a slide (especially children). Some slides are not intended for double and few guards in few cases did not notice. So better to explicitly ask before taking a slide.
- Wifi was not working but this was not a big problem for us.

Pros:

Very nice and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hashem. The AC in the rooms was very good. Delicious food with varieties to satisfy all tastes. Very good pools in addition to nice aqua park facilities together with the clean beach.
