Very good central hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel right in the centre. Couple of restaurants nearby but it was a quiet night when I was there. Late night walking back to the hotel seemed safe, a few people walking around but never felt seedy. Breakfast was good and room and everything else was good. Reception helpful and off road parking was handy. Tip for exiting the car park though, don't turn left, it's no entry, and don't turn right, it's one way. Instead go straight on after the barrier and it loops round to the main road.

Excellent location and good Hotel but parking is a nightmare or costly!
Pros:

Hotel location is excellent and breakfast was very good. May be busy at times to sit but plentiful.

Cons:

Parking was a complete disaster with inadequate facilities at all times of day even weekends! Pillows were useless and room carpet could be cleaner or newer for a 4star Hotel. Likewise the room heating was mild. Hotel bar closed abruptly at 1030pm on a Saturday evening and we were quite literally shoved out into the reception area with our half-finished drinks by the cold-attitude female bartender!

Pod pozlátkom hrdza
Pros:

Obsluha v bare/reštaurácii hotela bola príjemná, príkladná. Hotel má výbornú polohu. Raňajky mali veľmi slušný výber.

Cons:

Parkovanie vo dvore je veľmi zle vyriešené, tak z hľadiska príjazdu, ako aj výjazdu. Personál pri registrácii bol odmeraný, do wellness, teda sauny sa ide cez recepciu, čo je nepríjemné pre ľudí v županoch. Župany a papuče si treba vypýtať (v 4* hoteli - sic!), na izbe je jedna malá fľaša vody na dve osoby. Sauna bola o 17ej vypnutá, bolo treba čakať na jej vyhriatie. Cena nezodpovedá kvalite služieb, od značky Mercure očakávam oveľa viac.

Pros:

Snídaně byla výborná.

Cons:

Lokalita dobrá. Zařízení pokoje bylo letité, v posteli jen 2 malé polštáře, jedna velká společná deka. Místo na parkování ve dvoře druhý den po vyjetí z parkoviště už nebylo volné. Složení depozitu za ubytování nás překvapilo. Poměr cena a výkon hotelu neodpovídá.
