Lokalizacja - świetna, wszystkie place i nowy ratusz w bardzo bliskiej odległości. W hotelu mieliśmy minibar w cenie pokoju. Restauracja a'la cart w przystępnej cenie. W hotelu zaproponowano nam OstravaCard z rabatami w różnych miejscach, np. w hotelowej restauracji, w kawiarniach, w informacji turystycznej na wybrane pamiątki, zoo, Dinopark i wiele wiele innych wskazanych na stronie. Polecamy

Cons:

Na ponad pół godziny przed końcem śniadania brak możliwości wyboru. Troszkę to rozczarowujące z uwagi na 4* hotel.

В номере была кофемашина, так вот сливки к кофе были прокисшие. И косметические средства для душа были абсолютно пустые.

Pros:

Postele nemohu úplně objektivně zhodnotit,spala jsem na přistylce a i ta byla celkem pohodlná.Personál byl milý,vstřicný.Jen při přijezdu nás recepčni neinformovala o možnosti karty Ostravan,která by nám ušetřila penize za vstupy.Tuto informaci podala jiná recepčni až dalši den.Při odjezdu měl náš vlak zpoždění,takže jsme velmi uvitali možnost pozdějšiho check outu.Snidaně byly bohaté,byl dostatečný výběr i ovoce.Poloha hotelu je skvělá.Přes to,že je v centru města,byl tam absolutní klid.Měli jsme pokoj do vnitrobloku,který je hodně veliky,takže žadny ošklivý výhled,ale skvělý klid.

Cons:

Minibar nám za pobyt 5 dni byl doplněn 1x.
