Great bedrooms, fitness room, location and staff.
Pros:

Location was right beside the international terminal which was super convenient for our early flight out of Auckland. The beds were comfy, the fitness room was great and the restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The staff was also super friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect
Pros:

It was walking distance to international and domestic terminals. There was a lovely garden outside the hotel.
The reception staff were amazing. The restaurant food was divine.

Convenient location
Pros:

Very convenient to the Auckland Airport. Just a 5 minute walk from arrivals, and a 1 minute walk to international departures.

Up to date and good mod cons.
Just wish there was a pool.

Expensive overnight stay but location is excellent to airport.

Room was very comfortable & very clean

Cons:

Staff at reception on the morning of 5th March were quite rude when we questioned our breakfast inclusion. For the price of our room which stated included breakfast, we were told it only included breakfast for 1 & not 2!! We were not happy we had to pay more money for 1 of us.
