Cons:

Las sábanas tenían muy mal olor como si ya la habían usado. No había jabón recargado. No ponen agua en las habitaciones.

Excelleng location and highly comfortable stay except bad experience with the breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location. Very good size of room with balcony. Extremely clean and high quality of linen.

Cons:

Seems that the restaurant is not operating as such we reveived packed breakfast in our room which was cold and imferior quality. Also in the small kitchenette , hardly any utensils not even 2 cups of same size and design.

Quartos muito bons, café a desejar
Pros:

Hotel é confortável, próximo a zona T e possibilita fazer muitas atividades a pé naquela área. Funcionários educados e sempre disponíveis a te ajudar sempre que solicitados. Ficaria novamente.

Cons:

Devido estar em reforma,.algumas partes do hotel estavam fechadas e acúmulo de poeira de obras. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Mas nada que interfira nos quartos que é o principal motivo de conforto aos hóspedes.

Hat an Qualität verloren

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Wir waren enttäuscht, dass Bar und Restaurant im Gegensatz zu unserem letzten Besuch weg rationalisiert wurden. An unserem Abreisetag gab es nicht mal mehr Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr ärgerlich war die Tatsache, dass wir für die 2 Kaffeepads pro Tag im Zimmer bezahlen mussten. Das an sich wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn man uns vorher darauf hingewiesen hätte. Den Kaffee hätten wir trotzdem getrunken. Aber im Nachhinein Kosten zu berechnen ist schlechter Service. Dies hat es bei unserem letzten Besuch nicht so gegeben. Dieses Hotel würden wir nicht wieder buchen, es hat sehr an Servicequalität verloren. Schade eigentlich, die Lage ist super.
