Notre séjour a été court mais une très belle surprise. En effet on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. J'avais mal fermé ma porte et un autre couple de passage comme nous c'est perdu dans notre chambre. Quel bonheur, Merci IBIS on reviendra de tout coeur avec vous

Dès notre arrivé erreur d'attribution de chambre!!
commander un lit double avec un canapé lit double plus lit parapluie bébé gratuit. A l'arrivée attribué un lit double avec a petit sofa sans une place pour les valises n'y même le lit parapluie alors que le matin même avant notre départ j'ai appelé directement l'hôtel pour m'assurer de l'état de la chambre et la mention lit parapluie bébé en plus, que l'on m'a confirmé...
Du coup attribution d'une autre chambre pour la nuitée, le lendemain nous avions l'attribution d'une autre chambre qui se trouvant être l'identique a celle de notre arrivé du coup j'ai dit non non c'est pas possible ! Ils nous ont dit on est complet du coup soit on vous propose deux chambres avec lit double soit l'hôtel Ibis style d'en face avec ce que l'on avez réservé, du coup nous sommes partis dans l'hôtel d'en face. Le problème c'est qu'ils ont eut un panne de climatisation du coup c'était irrespirable et invivable pour deux bébés (2 ans et demi et 4 mois ) nous avons donc décidé de prendre les deux chambres séparées avec lit double pour être plus au confort pour les enfants dans l'ibis d'origine.
En dédommagement j'ai eu les petits déjeuners offert plus un remboursement de 30% de la sommes versée.
