die Lage ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Mitarbeitenden äußerst bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist angenehm gestaltet und lädt zur Erholung ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und es gab Cappucino mit aufgeschäumter Hafermilch vom Vollautomaten - für mich ein Traum! :) Außerdem war der Ort auch zauberhaft! Einen Abendspaziergang sollte man auf jeden Fall einplanen.
das Abendessen kam in sehr kleinen Portionen. Wir haben uns dann noch woanders was geholt. Wahrscheinlich hätten wir aber auch fragen können, ob wir noch eine Portion bestellen könnten.
ich persönlich fand es ein bisschen schade, dass für‘s Ausborgen der SUPs / Tretboote eine extra Gebühr entsteht. Vor allem, weil uns das beim Check-In nicht kommuniziert wurde.
Das Zimmer war leider voller Hundehaare.
Das hat uns schon gestört.

La SPA, le Saune, il prendisole sul lago Meraviglioso.
Proprio perché mi vine richiesto, Cosa non ti è piaciuto?….all’ingresso della struttura fronte strada c’è una stanza con un arco in entrata da dove si intravedeva una situazione non ordinata che screditava il resto che è molto curato.
Alles, Zimmer, Essen, das Fitnesscenter, die Saunas, das SUP, etc.
Bestlage, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, vegan und vegetarisch. Abendessen top
Die vegetarische Küche hat uns anfangs etwas überrascht, da das bei Booking.com für uns nicht gleich ersichtlich war. Im Endeffekt waren wir aber begeistert. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das 4-Gang-Abendmenü waren richtig gut und extrem schön angerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es bei den Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen jeweils zwei Gerichte zur Auswahl gab und man diese frei kombinieren konnte. Auch als Nicht-Vegetarier haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Besonders gefallen hat der Seezugang. Außerdem gibt es einen Spa-Bereich direkt am See sowie Massageangebote – wir haben beides zwar nicht genutzt, es macht aber einen sehr schönen Eindruck.
Am Anreisetag im Seecafé beim Spa war der Service leider etwas enttäuschend. Wir mussten sehr lange auf unsere Getränke warten und sogar ein zweites Mal nachfragen. Das ist uns auch bei anderen Gästen aufgefallen.

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile per fornire informazioni sulla zona ed escursioni e nello spiegare i piatti a cena.
Cucina (solo vegetariana-vegana!) molto curata e di alto livello.
Molto gradita una brocca di acqua omaggio al giorno in stanza ed a cena.

Das Zimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß ausgestattet aber in Ordnung, gleiches gilt für den Restaurantbereich
The place was really great. I really enjoyed the badehouse. It is very well done. The rooms are spacious, and nicly lit. Nice touch divided wc from bathroom. There were free to use bikes and free tickets for the boat to Oststufen. Both i used and enjoyed. Very comfy bed! And stuff very friendly and helpful.
I was not very happy with only vegan option for dinner. It was interesting to try it one evening but it was pitty to do not have other options. I came for sport and it was too little energy dense for me. The entrance hall would use some renovation
