Pros:

Отель находится в самом центре города, до основных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут. Так же в Пашой доступности рестораны, кафе, продуктовые магазины. Большая бесплатная парковка на площади перед отелем. Сам отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте, но при этом номера чистые и светлые. Шумоизоляция вполне сносная. Персонал на рецепшене вежливый. Завтрак не входил в стоимость проживания, но его можно было заказать отдельно за 400 рублей (шведский стол).

В целом хорошо. Но в отеле на месяц отключили горячую воду, а бойлер не справляется с нагрузкой.

Для двухдневной поездки пойдет.
Pros:

Отель вполне нормальный. Чистоту соблюдают: мусор из номера выносят регулярно, по углам пыли нет. По качеству обслуживания удовлетворительно: не хамят, но постоянно ждут от тебя дополнительных денег (за кофе, тортики, за заказ еды в номер), усиленно намекают на это - отель расположен в центре и куда приятнее поесть или попить кофейку в бесконечных кафе по улице Красной Армии. Месторасположение очень удачное: открытое пространство перед входом в отель, парк за зданием администрации города и до лавры 15 минут прогулочным шагом. Однако вид из окон номера удручает - внутренний дворик отсутствует, приходится постоянно держать занавески закрытыми, т.к. номера расположены окна в окна друг к другу. Изначально бронировала специально вид из окон на лавру, однако при заселении по непонятной причине (наверно, надо было на ресепшене на лапу дать наличку - оплата у меня шла по карте через Hotels.com) заселили меня в номер с видом на "дворик"). Благо полтора дня из двух суток лавра была в густом тумане, так что с видом из окна все равно ничего бы не вышло. Но желание персонала побольше получить наличными и без кассовых чеков очень донимает.

Также отмечу смешное отношение к экологии: в туалете висит жалостливое объявление пореже менять полотенца, т.к. "представьте, какое количество полотенец каждый день приходится стирать в отелях мира и сколько воды тратиться на это", - но при этом вода стоит в номере в бутылках по 1,5 литра, а пункта приема на переработку нет.

Pros:

Just 8 minutes of walking distance to the Trinity Lavra. There are ATM machines in the lobby, also have convenient store, restaurant, SIM card shop nearby. The hotel can arrange pick up service to and from Moscow SVO Airport even in the midnight.

Thanksgiving Holiday, 2017

This is first time traveling to Russian and in Sergiev Posad. People here are very friendly. I was in Sergiev Posad for 6 days and 2 days in Moscow. I will come here in Summer.

Хорошее расположение.
Pros:

На центральной площади. Все рядом - рынок, магазины и главная достопримечательность - лавра.
Завтрак неплохой, персонал отзывчивый. Из минусов - маленькая двуспальная кроовать.

An assuring place to stay close to heritage site.
Pros:

Away from train or bus stations but close to the main sites of interest...
Very standard hotel service (without concierge or luggage room though) with an itchy sofa leaving the impression to us.
Fellas chatting at the park downstairs may disturb sleep and giving stares at the visitors when we walk past them...
The large room we got was a plus and the view of the balcony overlooking the towers of the churches and a Russian gov't /political party building was nice as well.
No drinking water or amenities were provided. Water heater/ kettle in the room was okay though.
Not a bad choice for S.Posad if you learnt how to get there in advance.
