Pros:

The location is perfect, super close to the main museums and in a very nice neighborhood. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was great, we stayed in the first floor, it was very clean and quiet.

The bath tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down in the tub in order to take a sugar safely.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely comfortable hotel in a really good location for museums and galleries. The staff were all lovely but in particular a shout out to Patrick who was on duty for most our stay. He was so friendly and kind and played a big part in us having such a good time. Thank you Patrick.

Great rooms, staff and location
Pros:

1. Staff is very friendly
2. Rooms are clean and comfortable
3. Location is literally amazing

On our last day we even got a handwritten message together with a gift of waffles and a bottle of wine. Hospitality was great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Amsterdam.

You can Bike or walk literally anywhere and reach you destination in 10 minutes. Very safe as well.

Cons:

Hijyen iyi değildi odada mobilyaların üstü baya tozluydu, diş fırçası diş macunu gibi ekstra şeyler konmamıştı. Ayrıca üst odamızda kalan kişilerin yürüme seslerinden asla uyuyamadık. Aşırı ses geliyor. Yataklar rahat değil, yastıklar aşırı yüksekti. 4 yıldız bir otele göre bence sınıfta kaldı.
