Great location, and will consider the hotel as an option for a visit again.
Cons:

Room was ok inside but on the ground floor and next to the lift passage. Coffee machine/offering could be improved.

Le personnel était super aimable et convenant. La chambre spacieuse est très propre. La proximité avec les musées était bien appréciable.

La fonctionnalité "hot tube" de la baignoire n'est plus d'actualité, dommage

Pros:

situation géographique de l'hôtel (quartier cossu des musées) - quartier trés calme - pas de bruits génants le soir - à proximité directe du centre ville et bien sûr de tous les musées. Personnel disponible et efficace.

Cons:

il faudrait remettre un petit coup de neuf dans les chambres - c'est propre et efficace - mais on voit que la décoration date d'une bonne dizaine d'années.

La localisation. Près de tout tout en étant au calme.
La taille de la chambre est correcte.

Cons:

Le chauffage par soufflerie reste assez brouillant, donc pas de chauffage durant la nuit, mais la chambre est bien isolée et nous n'avons pas eu froid.

Ci ritornerei!
Pros:

Ottimo Hotel, situato nella zona dei musei, a pochi passi dal museo Van Gogh e dalla fermata dell'autobus.
La camera era spaziosa, con un bel bagno fornito sia di vasca che di doccia. Lo staff, dalla reception alle cameriere ai piani, è stato ottimo. Ci hanno coccolato dall'arrivo alla partenza. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

An excellent location for our purposes, we would stay again.
Pros:

A quiet and smart environment which felt clean and safe; close proximity to major museums and public transport, cafes and a supermarket. The room was super-comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved the honesty bar and lounge area to relax. All the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Pros:

どのスタッフも優しく案内してくれました。
立地も、トラムの駅がすぐ近くにあり、空港までも行きやすく観光するのにもとても良い場所でした。

Cons:

2泊して、バスタオルは交換してくれたが枕カバーも交換してくれたらなお良かった。
