Oase van rust en aandacht
Pros:

Zeer attent en vriendelijk.
Schoon en verzorgd waren de kamers
Wij hadden het koud en kregen direct op navraag een extra deken
Locatie perfect en toch rustig.

All good without the lift is not working
Pros:

Location. Clean.

Cons:

The lift was not working so we have to take the small stairs go up and down very bad I won’t order this hotel if I knew it.

Wonderful stay with great staff
Pros:

Great property staff and good location. Bedroom is well lit and very cosy to stay in. Mattress and pillows were actually good to sleep in- which is surprisingly hard to come by.

Staff helped stow luggage early in the morning and gave good recommendations for going around.

Bike parking available right outside the hotel.

Cons:

The “nordic” bathroom design needs a dedicated exhaust fan. It’s also made keeping average Dutch heights in mind. Just gotta be careful getting down from bathtub to floor.

Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé pour visiter Amsterdam. Quartier calme et déplacements à pied ou en transports faciles à partir de l hôtel. Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Literie confortable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Would definitely return.
Pros:

Location was great, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lift was broken for the duration of our stay and the stairs were very narrow and steep! The breakfast was varied, but the 2nd morning lacked quality.
