Great staff, wonderful breakfast, got a goodnight sleep. Got my daughter sent off to college. 👍👍👍
Pros:

The breakfast bar was great. Our room was clean. Front desk staff very polite and friendly. Maintenance man even showed me how to fix the volume control on my TV. Great experience Thank you

Cons:

My only complaint is with my GPS it brought me in the back roads instead of coming in off the highway. :)

Cons:

I reserved a room with two beds and we were placed in a room with one queen instead. The room was also on the same side as the highway and was very noisy. Not much sleep was had.

Cons:

The bed I slept in was broken. Mattress springs were physically damaged and someone should have replaced it when the room was last changed out. Completely unacceptable as I slept terrible and woke up with a headache and a sore back. The front desk said they would make a note rather than offering any alternative.

Also, your juice machine provided watered down juice. It tasted awful and the color was clearly off.

Great value! We would stay again! Near everything!
Pros:

Breakfast was good! Could have been warmer. Had oatmeal (not packets), but no microwave to heat it. The hot water wasn’t hot enough, but a staff member took it to the kitchen and heated it for us. Super nice! Good variety!

Cons:

We were on the highway side of the building. Kinda noisy, but not your fault!
