Disappointing
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

The beds were hard, the bathroom floor was cold and the shower was a hand held no slot for it to secure it to the pole. The seating area was in an awkward space. Expensive meals especially breakfast which was a pre-set menu not a buffet.

Pros:

The room was big and clean. The shuttle was on time and we managed to be quickly at the airport. Nice view from our room.

Cons:

A bit far from the center. Meals quite expensive but it is everywhere in Iceland.

The decor and interior, close to keflavik harbour

Cons:

Airport shuttle only one way, expensive to get from airport. Breakfast expensive, had to pay up front and no idea what was on offer. Drains in room smelt, coffee and tea not available 24/7 like stated, staff abrupt. Tv only had a handful of channels available

Mooi hotel met fijne suite. De rooftob hottub is heel erg mooi en lekker warm, met leuk uitzicht! Fijne douches na de hottub.

Cons:

Onze kamer was niet goed klaargemaakt voor 3 personen. We moesten zelf het bed opmaken (de slaapbank) nadat de service desk medewerker ons het beddengoed had gegeven.

Good location and the room was good for what we needed.
Pros:

We booked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport as we had an early flight home to catch. The room was clean, a little tighter than the one we just came from but still good. The location looked picturesque tho can’t confirm due to the whiteout conditions on arrival. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was good.

Cons:

There was no telephone in the room, so anything needed meant physically going to the reception. The room showed some minor signs of wear and tear - nothing catastrophic, but noticeable. The advertised rooftop pool is a hot tub.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They are large with roomy bathrooms. The location is very close to the airport but the hotel is quiet and you don't hear airplanes coming and going. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The breakfast was outstanding.
