The hotel itself is very nice, and the heated pool on the rooftop is highly recommended. We even saw the Northern Lights at night; it's a rare opportunity to soak in the warm water while admiring the aurora borealis.
The receptionist at the front desk in the evening was very friendly and polite, but the one in the morning was less so and lacked manners.
It was comfy and clean with nice rooms and provided a free shuttle service to the airport.
We didn’t feel it was the best value for money. It is advertised as having a spa, but it was just a small outdoor pool. It also had a very small restaurant with a very limited menu, but the staff in the restaurant were very nice nonetheless.
The hotel is conveniently near airport providing airport transfer.
It is also slightly remote with less light contamination.
We were able to see northern lights from hotel.
Nah am Flughafen gelegen, ca. 25 Min. zur Blauen Lagune, schöner Pool am Dach, auch im Winter geöffnet. Nettes Personal. Ganz tolles Frühstück, das man sich zwar nicht aussuchen konnte (kein Buffet; man bekam ein fertiges Tablett serviert), aber da für jeden etwas dabei - mit das beste Frühstück auf unserer Reise!
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe von Parkplatz und Rezeption, und da - durch die Nähe zum Flughafen - die ganze Nacht ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen war und man jedes einparkende Auto und jeden vorbeiziehenden Trolley hören konnte, haben wir in der Nacht kaum schlafen können.

The Hotel Design
Breakfast is not buffet and no food selection (fixed choice and the same arrangement for everyone)
The room was dirty and damaged any several places in the room.
Walking towards the room there was a overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.
Considering the price for one night the overall standards dont come close to the price point
It’s a new building with modern interiors and tasteful decoration.
The TV seems to be an old smart TV, but you cannot connect to Netflix or mirror your phone. The pool is much smaller than expected and not very comfortable to share with other guests.
It is also very difficult to get anywhere without relying on expensive taxis. And no northern line tours available
The water in the toilets had an unpleasant smell and the room gets very hot with little to no airflow, there was also no room cleaning on the second day of our stay.

Der Hotpot war klasse.
Hot tub was nice and warm. Facilities were comfortable and stylish.
The only issue was that our mini refrigerator did not work.
Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Es ist wirklich herausragend und ich hätte ein solches Hotel in dem Ort nie erwartet. Sehr schön eingerichtet, super liebes Personal und die Lage direkt am Hafen *Top*
