No morning coffee as listed, no bottled water, limited front desk staff access., digital coded door lock less secure than card key.
Location is perfect, staff nice and helpful, room clean, and I really like that you get the beach towels, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Thank you!
Amazing villas in Miami beautiful landscape
Clean, quiet near the beach
Beautiful outdoor area fantastic location, free trolley right outside the door that takes you around south beach, 3 blocks to the beach.
Shower temperature was variable from hot to cold. Door leading to the elevators was locked leading down to the lobby, so you had to walk down the stairs unless someone was holding the door open. Coffee maker instructions woefully inadequete.
The location was good. The staff was nice.
Old and moldy. It was so humid that it was hard to breathe. The floors were sticky and wet from the humidity. Everything felt old and dusty.
It definitely needs an update. The name is very deceiving.
Decor older and lots areas need painted. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Creaky floorboards

A reasonable size room with a comfortable bed. Two blocks to the main south Miami Beach where there were plenty of eating and drinking places
The privacy curtains were attached to the main curtains meaning you could not open one without the other. They needed complete rehanging or replacement.
The resort fee was way too expensive.

The african american lady was very rude on check in. The other receptionists later on were friendly and helpful tbh.

Such helpful staff, who let us check in early without any extra payment as the villa was ready. Brian helped us with our luggage into the Villa and carried our luggage up the stairs. Such a lovely group of helpful staff. Central to everything and beds and beach towels available at no extra cost on the beach. Plus, our luggage was stored as our returning flight was a late one. Amazing
