Pros:

Es ist ein schönes kleines Hotel in schöner Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und alles sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Top Lage in Karlsbad. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Mir persönlich gefällt nur der Teppich im Zimmer nicht.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Hübsches kleines Hotel in bester Lage. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Hund war auch willkommen (15 €/Tag). Das Frühstück war ausreichend, man konnte frisch zubereitetes Spiegel- oder Rührei bestellen. Wir hatten das Superior-Zimmer mit Terrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Fluss. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, kostet 15 €/Tag.

Cons:

Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen.

Čistota prostor, ochota personálu. Lokalita!

Cons:

Poněkud menší koupelna s netěsnící zástěnou u vany.
A překvapení v podobě platby ta parkování- to není avizované při rezervaci ubytování

Pros:

Super hotelik dla par z ładnymi pokojami. Bardzo miła obsługa.
Prywatny bezpieczny parking.
Na śniadanie poprosiliśmy czy możemy dodatkowo dostać jajecznicę. Nie było z tym problemu tym bardziej na plus że przy naszej nieświadomości obsługa musiała udać się po produkty do sklepu.

Naprosto dokonalé.
Pros:

Hotely využívám při svých služebních pobytech nebo dovolených často. Ubytování v tomto malém, tichém a útulném hotelu předčilo všechna moje očekávání. Co tedy kdo byl úplně to, je personál. Ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkala s takovou mírou ochoty a vstřícnosti. Pokud budete hledat ubytování, kde budete vědět, že si vás jako zákazníka váží, jeďte sem. Skvělé bylo i jídlo v zážitkové restauraci, která je součástí hotelu. Taky místo na konci pomyslného centra ve velmi pohodlné pěší vzdálenosti od kolonád je výborné. Z okna je vidět protější kopec, Goethova stezka a řeka Teplá. Vše skvělé. Ještě jednou opravdu se srdce děkuji personálu.

Cons:

Vyšší cena za parkování, ale to je bohužel dnes všude standard. Tím se tento hotel od jiných neliší.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Es war ruhig und man war sofort im Park ( wir waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs ).
Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Was schlecht war, der vereiste hoteleigene Parkplatz, welcher kostenpflichtig ist.
