Čistota prostor, ochota personálu. Lokalita!

Cons:

Poněkud menší koupelna s netěsnící zástěnou u vany.
A překvapení v podobě platby ta parkování- to není avizované při rezervaci ubytování

Pros:

Super hotelik dla par z ładnymi pokojami. Bardzo miła obsługa.
Prywatny bezpieczny parking.
Na śniadanie poprosiliśmy czy możemy dodatkowo dostać jajecznicę. Nie było z tym problemu tym bardziej na plus że przy naszej nieświadomości obsługa musiała udać się po produkty do sklepu.

Naprosto dokonalé.
Pros:

Hotely využívám při svých služebních pobytech nebo dovolených často. Ubytování v tomto malém, tichém a útulném hotelu předčilo všechna moje očekávání. Co tedy kdo byl úplně to, je personál. Ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkala s takovou mírou ochoty a vstřícnosti. Pokud budete hledat ubytování, kde budete vědět, že si vás jako zákazníka váží, jeďte sem. Skvělé bylo i jídlo v zážitkové restauraci, která je součástí hotelu. Taky místo na konci pomyslného centra ve velmi pohodlné pěší vzdálenosti od kolonád je výborné. Z okna je vidět protější kopec, Goethova stezka a řeka Teplá. Vše skvělé. Ještě jednou opravdu se srdce děkuji personálu.

Cons:

Vyšší cena za parkování, ale to je bohužel dnes všude standard. Tím se tento hotel od jiných neliší.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Es war ruhig und man war sofort im Park ( wir waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs ).
Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Was schlecht war, der vereiste hoteleigene Parkplatz, welcher kostenpflichtig ist.

Karlsbad bij de hand.
Pros:

We werden aangenaam verrast met een lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt. We hadden een terras met balkon en konden genieten van het mooie uitzicht en de groene omgeving. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en voelden ons meteen thuis. De locatie is echt een aanrader, dicht bij het belangrijkste deel van het centrum en toch buiten alle drukte.

Cons:

We vonden dat de douchekop in de badkamer beter kon. Het was een douchekop die niet aangenaam sproeide omwille van kalkschade. De verwarming in de badkamer konden we blijkbaar niet aanzetten. Aangezien het niet vroor, hebben we verder ook niet dit probleem aangekaart met de eigenaars. Het gebouw is langs de buitenzijde niet verzorgd. Heel wat vochtschade aan de buitenmuren en dit oogt wat verwaarloosd.

Pros:

Nádherný pokoj s krásným výhledem, nová koupelna, čistota perfektní. Postel pohodlná a ten měkký koberec v pokoji byl kouzelný. Personál usměvavý a ochotný. Snídaně famózní, obědového i večerní menu naprosto báječné. Nemám co vytknout. Všem vřele doporučuji, je to nádherné místo.
