Miejsce ma potencjał, ale brakuje organizacji i prawidłowego zarządzania dla tego obiektu.

Na pochwałę zasługuje czystość, bo to widać, że ktoś dba o ten aspekt.
Lokalizacja blisko KS Wieliczka - na pewno na duży plus i... na tym niestety koniec zalet :(

Cons:

Na początek komunikacja personelu z klientami. Zarówno na recepcji (wielokrotne pytania o te same rzeczy), brak rzetelnej informacji przy rezerwacji pokoju, jak i podczas rejestracji i pobytu. Podobnie panie kelnerki w restauracji. Podchodzą bez notesiku i dwa proste zamówienia zostały odpowiednio pomylone i zapomniane :( Zamówienie z restauracji zostało dostarczone bez autoryzacji klienta - mało profesjonalne. Doba hotelowa to jednak nie pełna doba, a mimo to trzeba wyraźnie zaznaczyć przyjazd o 15, bo jak nie, to dopłata 50 zł od pokoju. Serio? Info o parkingu płatnym - mało czytelne i przy tych stawkach za pokój doliczanie 30 zł - mało profesjonalne jak na tak mały obiekt.
Na koniec tak: brak kosza na śmieci w pokoju , jedynie to maleństwo w łazience. Dwa łóżka, a jednak kawa, herbata i cukier dla jednej osoby. Ręczniki także, ale ok, rozumiem, ekologia. Spoko ;) Nie działający telefon w pokoju. W samej łazience: cieknąca kabina prysznicowa i uginający się pod ciężarem brodzik, luźna deska sedesowa, mydło nad umywalką zamocowane "dla krasnala" o wzroście 150 cm, bo chłop 190 cm nie widzi dozownika, a szklana półka uniemożliwia dostęp, światło zapalane czujnikiem (gaśnie przy chwili bezruchu) i automatyczne włączanie szumiącego wentylatora (tym samym czujnikiem). Na koniec jeden wieszak w łazience na ręczniki, kosmetyczkę, szlafrok (miałem własny), a to jednak trochę za mało. Na koniec światło - biada temu, kto chciałby w łazience się wieczorem ogolić lub poszukać kolczyka na podłodze. Ciemność wszędzie. Ja rozumiem "elektroekooszczedność", ale parę Watów więcej mocy na żarówce w łazience i pokoju nie zrobi różnicy w rachunkach. Jako ciekawostkę dodam już tylko nazwę i wystrój. Hotel Galicja w Wieliczce, można naprawdę rożnie rozumieć to nazewnictwo, ale wiszące w pokoju obrazki z Londynu i Paryża mają się nijak do Galicji i Wieliczki.

Ponúkate izbu s manželskou posteľou, v skutočnosti je to izba s dvoma oddelenými posteľami v dvoch kútoch izby. Za izbu s manželskou posteľou sme si doplatili 200,-- PLN (50,-- EUR). Považujem to za neseriózne a klamlivé z Vašej strany. Po tomto zistení som sa Vás snažila kontaktovať avšak neúspešne. Recepčná nebola ochotná vrátiť peniaze.

Výborná snídaně, čisto, k výběru i dostatečný oběd. Všude blízko. Male minus je, že hotel je přímo u cesty a je zde velm

Cons:

Rozkládací gauč v rodinném pokoji při plné obsazenosti nebyl pohodlný. Dalo spát spát pouze na jedné straně 50cm
