Liked the staff and room facilities

We were upgraded to a sister hotel the Petasos Beach Resort and Spa. It was simply amazing. Everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was great and right at the top of the stairs to the old city. My only complaint is they did not have a pool. The staff said we could use the pool at their other property for free but then charged me 20 euros per person for hotel transportation to and from their other property at checkout. In total it cost 80 euros for 4 people so we could use the pool at their other resort. They did not mention the cost of that transportation until checkout. 👎

Great hotel

The Hotel is a walking distance from the town and has a sister Hotel by the beach that is available with a free shuttle to the guests. The staff was amazing in accommodating all our needs and helping us plan our days. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again when we go back to Mykonos

This was the highlight of our trip. We booked their sister hotel in town and were upgraded to this hotel. The room and facilities were great. I would have enjoyed the pool and ocean, except for injury prior to trip preventing swimming. The breakfast was amazing and the service great. My husband and I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

There was no AC which was listed on their website. The hotel seemed very old and like dorm rooms. Our room was so small we could not fit our luggage. The breakfast was atrocious. I will never stay there again and I would recommend that nobody stay at this hotel.

This place is so close to everything in Mykonos town.

Staff service is excellent.

A wonderful stay. Nikos and Lefteri were perfect hosts. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The rooftop decks have a nice view over the harbor with many comfortable loungers. The hotel is a very short walk from the main areas of Mykonos Town with many close (five minutes max) restaurants.

The town rises off the harbor and the property is on that hill. It's not very high and I do not agree with the previous reviewer about the stairs. There aren't many and they are >very< broad so the slope isn't great. I think it's a great tradeoff for the great rooftop view.

Lived my stay here! Staff was so attentive and helpful. This place has a private beach area which was a nice surprise. Definitely staying here again.

The place is safe, modern and clean. The staff were excellent, great customer service.

Excellent staff and two facilities to usw one at the beach other in town

Very comfortable and modern hotel, right in the center. Convenient for the night life and buses from the old port. Stuff is very helpful with suggestions. Spent one day at the sister beach resort which was superb. Best cappuccino for breakfast.

Excellent service!!! Letters & Nikos are absolutely lovely and extremely friendly. Anything we needed, they provided. They felt like family. My husband and I traveled with our two teenage daughters for the first time to Greece. Mykonos was our first stop. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be very close to all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife, BUT, there are ALOT of stairs to get to hotel and walk up and down to town. This hotel is NOT good for little kids or anyone w mobility issues. I did not know this when we booked the hotel and our driver from the airport was not familiar w our hotel so we were dropped off in town with 4 large pieces of luggage that my poor husband had to carry up all the stairs to hotel. So pack light! Or call hotel before you arrive so they can arrange transportation. If you are dropped off on main road where they have a small gate to hotel but still must walk down a little , then it’s much easier. Rooftop sunset view is breathtaking. No pool at this hotel but you are able to go to the larger sister resort hotel - Petasos Beach resort hotel and there they have an incredible pool and private beach you get access to. Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean and great service.

We highly recommend this property. It’s well situated within a short walking distance from the beach and shopping with many nice restaurants bars and cafes around. The staff is helpful and courteous. Giovanni (Joe) is kind, super helpful knowledgeable and always has a warm and friendly smile to go with his charming personality. Costas is more serious however he too is very kind helpful and welcoming. They both are super professional. The breakfast is good with a variety of delicious Greek edibles.

I would highly recommend this hotel the overall cleanliness the friendly staff and out front desk person Costas was excellent. Would be staying here again .
