Beautiful hotel and staff
Pros:

Rooms were beautiful and modern. Pool area was lovely and clean but best of all the staff were all so wonderful. The young girl on reception and the lady behind the bar especially

Lovely find good location
Pros:

Location was fabulous, it’s a beautiful building and is having upgrades in the rooms! Ours wasn’t one of them though.
The beds were comfortable and the pillows were lush I wished I could have taken one home 😂
Our stay included breakfast which I was excited about plenty of choice from continental to cooked scramble eggs, bacon,sausage, spinach pie, fruits, yoghurts, croissant,cakes, I got up early as wanted it nice and fresh….. sadly the metal containers weren’t hot enough and by the time the food got on the plate it was cold so disappointing 🙁 the hot water for tea was tepid so overall wasn’t great.

Cons:

The lack of heat for teas and the food wasn’t hot enough.

The pool , most of the staff are very nice

Cons:

The room , breakfast , we have stayed here twice before that's why we booked again .unfortunately we won't stay again the room we were put in is something from the 70's and the breakfast is shocking and the toilets for the pool are disgusting

Pros:

Our room AIr conditioning and TV were not working why we checked in. Front desk said none of the TVs working then next morning the receptionist said that was a lie and sent someone in to repair it. Air conditioning worked after we had it repaired. Light in the bathroom was blinking so they sent someone in to repair which lasted about one night then it started blinking again.
Breakfast was pretty good.
They had one man working bar who did not know how to make the advertised drinks, or maybe they didn’t have the ingredients. Same man working breakfast who was pleasant but then we heard him yelling and arguing with other staff several times during our stay.

Friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel this year and would choose it again.
Pros:

Excellent location near a very good beach and on a bus route to both airport and Argostoli, the capital. Lots if decent bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Nothing.

Kleines, familiäres Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Eine gepflegte, sehr schöne, stilvolle Anlage. Die perfekte Lage für Strand, Ausflüge; Nähe zu Argostoli. Bus-Station vor dem Hotel (Strände, Flughafen, Argostoli). Die Zimmer sind klein, einfach, aber modern und geschmackvoll. Frühstück war OK, vielleicht ein bisschen einfallslos.
Vor allem ROSA an der Rezeption war der Sonnenschein des Hotels. Kompetent, mit Charme und Humor!!!

Cons:

Die Kosten für die Badetücher à 10,-/Person finden wir etwas kleinlich!!! Wir dachten zuerst, es handelt sich um eine Kommission, aber es ist wirklich zu bezahlen! In den umliegenden Shops gibt es Badetücher um 12,- Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir sicherlich darauf verzichtet. Außerdem muss man das jede Woche "erneuern". Seltsam!
Das Hotel ist auch nicht barrierefrei; Koffer - ca. 20 kg mussten wir leider selber schleppen - bei An- und Abreise.

De kamer was zeer gedateerd
Putje op badkamer vloer was gebroken zag er zeer onsmakelijk uit
Staat badkamer was uit jaren 50 .bad was deels kapot meeste glazuurlaag was verdwenen en provisorisch gerepareerd
Zou hier niet meer terugkomen
Zeker gezien de verdere hotels die we inmiddels hebben bezocht op Kefalonia
