Excellent séjour dans un hôtel bien placé que nous recommandons
Pros:

Nous étions en demi-pension. Le personnel à l'écoute sympathique et professionnel à la fois. Les repas et petits-déjeuners étaient parfaits. La situation de l'hôtel idéale pour faire des randonnées sans trop de route à faire.

Cons:

La piscine était payante 16€ 1heure. La gratuité aurait été un plus appréciable.

Pros:

La ubicación está genial para hacer rutas, la comida y la cena deliciosa. El desayuno correcto variado el restaurante es muy bonito buenas vistas personal súper agradable, las habitaciones cómodas todo estaba muy limpio. Es un hotel perfecto para un escapada de fin de semana lo recomiendo

Cons:

Detalles simples como extractor en baño y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones en temporada de calor se agradece

Comfort hotel with Excellent Services in Restaurant
Pros:

Friendly staffs, especially the staffs in restaurants really offer excellent services and very friendly. Free private parking, comfortable spacious rooms. There is a spa. We enjoyed our dinner and stay there very much.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had an accident and got hurts on my face just on the way to this hotel, so I aske for a cool pad at reception but was told they do not have one. I was very astonished as this is a 4 star hotel and they must have a medical box actually. I asked then for ice cubes and got a lot. The staffs in restaurant provided me later also with enough ice cubes I needed.

Còmode i tranquil
Pros:

Un llit comodíssim, una situació fantàstica al costat d'un riu de muntanya i en la zona d'Andorra més tranquil·la.

Cons:

L'única raresa és que està dividit en dues parts i per arribar a la zona B has d'agafar dos ascensors. Però tot està ben preparat perquè no sigui un obstacle.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, le service attentionné et les lieux impeccables. La chambre est spacieuse et propre sous les combles.
Les timings arrivée/départ. Possibilité de rester jusqu'à 12h
