Great Location, clean hotel
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square but within a 10 minute walk. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast had plenty options to choose from, bread, meats, cheese, hot options, fruit, alternate milks etc. There is a luggage room however we did not get to use this, instead our luggage was kept in the reception area which did not feel safe.

Excellent staff and location, great breakfast, spotlessly clean.
Pros:

All staff were excellent - very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful. Lots of room in the breakfast areas. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Easy walking distance to the main square with shops and bars / restaurants aplenty on the street. Very close to tram stop for travel further afield in the town. Great value for money.

Cons:

We could hear noise from the adjacent room but this may be due to the layout and age of the building. One of the rooms was quite small, however this wasn’t a negative as it is reflected in the room listings - pick a bigger room if you prefer.

This is our second time staying at the Maksymilian .Great hotel ,great rooms cosy and clean ,looking to make it our 3rd visit next year .Close to the main square and trams just outside.

Great Hotel
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel now 5 times, its warm comfy and hotel is very near Krakow square. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and breakfast is well laid out. The hotel offers great value for money and overall a great experience. We will be back again.

בית מלון מצוין. ממוקם קרוב מאוד לעיר עתיקה, שתי תחנות רכבת קלה קרוב למלון. חדרים גדולים, מסודרים ונקיים. צוות מקצועי ידידותי. ארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה, טעימה ומגובנת. חדר אוכל נקי ומסודר. תודה רבה לכם!

קיעור בחדר רחצה קטן מאוד, אך ניתן להסתדר בלי בעיה.

El desayuno nos gustó, muy variado, pero faltaban carteles de lo que era cada cosa.

Cons:

La habitación era algo pequeña para 3 personas. Además había que avisar si querías que te hicieran las camas y al estar en la última planta era bastante calurosa.
