Parking was bit confusing but staff was very helpful!
Stayed for 2 days for staycation as a young family with a 4-year-old boy. We enjoyed the room which was quite comfortable. The swimming pool was great to enjoy especially in Winter season as it is heated.
The room carpet had a bit of stain which is not removable. I guess someone spilled some wine on it. We did not really care so didn't request any room change.
The breakfast was 'okay'. I think they need to improve the variety of the food. The quality of food itself was good. Just need more range.

But the dinner was excellent

A nicely presented and reasonably priced hotel conveniently located to the airport. The rooms were soundproofed and the air conditioning had a level of control to accommodate personal comfort levels. Overall, an excellent option
I was surprised that hotel car parking was outsourced to a third-party provider at an additional cost. The room service app was clumsy and robot delivery not ideal. I have no idea how long it lingered in the hallway before we heard a doorbell sound over the TV. The addition of a $5 charge for room service delivery is not common practice in my experience
Was close to the airport
The bath mat and curtain for the shower were not clean. We had to ask for milk instead of it being in the fridge.

Not being able to check in early even though plenty of warning was given ( but they could if we paid )
Restaurant food was great service was bad, no follow up on drinks, we asked for a dessert menu and nobody can back to see us to take our order, other staff at reception and bar were great restaurant we slack

Just a bit far to walk from the airport. They didn't have milk in the room but had a good selection of tea. We had to ask for some.
Perfect place to stay the night before our big international flight. Easy to catch the bus to the airport. No complaints.
