Great parking, clean and comfortable
Had to call reception for milk....should have just been in the fridge.

It was conveniently located near the airport and outer Auckland for our travel plans. The hotel was very clean and well run. The restaurant was a bonus and we enjoyed our meals. The robots were an added cute attraction.
We were originally unsure of the location as the surrounding area, being near the airport, was industrial, but it ended up being fine, and we would stay there again.

Excellent service and great food
Nothing to dislike
Great location for a morning flight from the airport and hotel has all facilities required. It was very quiet and the staff were accommodating and friendly.
They have downscaled the amenities (from when I have previously stayed) including no hot choc and needing to ask for milk so we could have a hot drink in the room and no extra items in the bathroom. This is fine as long as you are aware.
Staff - unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Genuine.
The pool - too hot for real exercise but wonderful for loosening up a tight body. Attractive environment, relaxing.
Location. Great to be on Yellow Bus route, but it was a long trip to the terminal, given Sudima is early on the route and extra motels have been added to the route, beyond Ascot Rd.
1. Room. No desk! I tried kneeling on a pillow at the narrow sidebord, and also working on my lap in the chair, materials spread out on the second bed. Neither was satisfactory.
2. Evening meal. I had the Thai salad both nights. First night wonderful, second night bland. First night the meal was loose and moist, lovely tart dressing with chili, perfect crisp tofu. Second night, noodles tight in a ball I had to prise apart and very little dressing, no flavour of tartness or chili. Both nights, the noodles were rice ribbons (ok), not the the vermicelli on the menu, (which I had interpreted as glass noodles).

REservé dos habitaciones: una habitación con cama matrimonial y otra con dos camas (para mis hijos). Me causó extrañeza que la habitación matrimonial fuese más cara. Eso no me lo informaron con antelación

Friendly staff
Robot’s service is efficient.
We were in the room next to the elevator. They had a food delivery robot that delivered food to people's rooms. This went all through the night. Every time it got to the elevator it kept announcing “excuse me, getting on the elevator,” which is echoing into our room.
They need to mute the robot at night time. It was still delivering food at 1.15am. No sleep because of it.
