La cama tenía un colchón super incómodo, parecía muy viejo, con hendiduras. El ruido de la calle se escuchaba como si estuvieras fuera del hotel (mala insonorización)

Great location and proximity to restaurants and cafes .

Cons:

There was No Ac , as weather is cold . Cracking open the window would help , but it was too loud as construction was going on over night and vehicle sound . They should have other option to accommodate light sleepers . Can’t able to sleep peacefully during my stay

Me gustó todo. Volvería sin dudarlo. Excelente desayuno, y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Solo dos detalles: uno, al interior de la habitación se escucha bastante el ruido de los pasillos; y dos, que al llegar nos exigieron los pasaportes para el check in, a pesar de explicarle a la encargada que habíamos ingresado al país con nuestras cédulas de identidad de Chile, lo cual es permitido por la normativa vigente.

El hotel esta a una cuadra del parque. Es una zona muy comercial, mucha oferta gastronómica y cualquier cosa que necesites seguro la consigues porq hay de todo en la vuelta (cambio, farmacia, supermercado). Salimos de noche caminando y se sintió seguro. La habitación comoda, el personal super amable. El desayuno muy completo

Le faltaría un estractor al baño y el colchón estaba un poco duro

Pros:

I stayed at the hotel from August 8th to August 12th, 2026.The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are very clean and modern. This place is a 5-minute walk from Parque de la 93, and the area is very nice. The breakfasts included in the reservation were extremely varied. Most notably, on the day of the incident that impacted Colombia on August 10th, the staff moved very quickly and were highly professional during the hotel evacuation. In our case, we were in the restaurant area, and they were very efficient and kind.
