Cons:

這次的入住體驗讓人失望。我們一大早就提前抵達飯店告知並確認了相關事宜，沒想到到了正式的入住時間，房間還沒準備好，讓我們在現場等待給了飲料卷。進到飯店酒吧兌換飲料，結果這個不能點、那個也不能點，有品項甚至賣光。6/21點餐的小姐訂單一樣問了三次以上，從櫃檯到餐飲的服務品質都令人大打折扣，完全不推薦。

房間空間大，符合我五星級評分，飯店來往車站的服務人員很貼心，車上會解說花蓮路標，服務很貼心，room service雖然餐點慢又貴，但人員很棒

Cons:

晚上訂不到吃的，附近無法送外賣，餐廳也客滿，有小孩子在，只能買麵包和叫room service（晚上7點才供應，送餐要一小時）
