Feel like a king
Pros:

Mariott is a warranty, not like other 5 stars hotels that are 5 stars just in the name.

Here you feel like a king, they do everything to let you feel good, protected , in a luxury environment, at ease.

I never had such bad experience with stolen items and attitude.
Pros:

Clean. Pool was perfect. Breakfast is great

Cons:

We have our things stolen from room. Ring and money.later they found ring claiming it was in vacuum, but ring was always in box. As for money we never got back 100 euros although we reported several time. Horrible attitude and absence of trust.

Un des meilleurs hôtels ou j'ai passé un nuit. Tout était excellent la sécurité pour rentré face a l'ambassade américaine. Le parking la réception la chambre le restaurant le petit déjeuner, le personnel souriant aimable, clair dans ses explications en français parfois et un membre du personnel qui nous porte les bagages jusqu'à la voiture. Vraiment un hôtel incroyable avec une vue exceptionnelle du 16ème étage sur 23 sans oublier un piscine extérieur des transat comme des lits. En résumé 10 sur 10 sur tout l'hôtel

Pros:

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help without being intrusive. My room was quite comfortable, and impeccably clean, with everything I needed to relax. The overall service was excellent making the entire stay smooth and stress-free.Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and recommended Marriott hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.Spesial thanks to Ayse for her kindness and attentive service.
