Pros:

Everything was perfect.
All the personal was extremely kind and knowledgeable, ready to help right away,
Breakfast was fantastic good , room was clean ,quiet and large,....
The best people working in this hotel, from the concierge (Mert) who help me everyday with everything, the two girls working at the 22th floor who give me the best advise about the food to the people working in front of the hotel always ready to order a cab for me and of course the people at the front desk who were very nice and polite.
Congratulation to all of you...it was a pleasure spending 5 days in this hotel.
Probably the best JW Marriot I visit .
Recommended 100%
I promise I will return .

Stylish hotel with great food and great location
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, best I have encountered in Turkey. Location is perfect, in the center of everything. Very convenient parking and spacious rooms

Pros:

I stayed one night, on New Year's Eve. The staff is very kind and eager to make you feel comfortable. Spacious and stylish room. varied breakfast, typical of a 5 star hotel. Underground parking is free if you park your car yourself and don't give it to the valet.
The atmosphere in the JW Steakhouse restaurant was wonderful, the food was tasty and we got a table without a reservation in advance (I think we were lucky)

Cons:

Children over 12 years old are considered adults. But when it comes to the Spa facilities, they are only allowed from 16 years old in the sauna and jacuzzi area and everything else. Unfortunately this prevented us from enjoying the spa area, as we were there with our 12 year old daughter. She was only allowed in the pool and the water was cold. So, if you are familly with kids under 16 you can not enjoy fully spa area .

Great stay
Pros:

Visited this venue in December 2025. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was good with a good bed, great shower. The club lounge is spaceous, well stocked. Food / snacks were good, x4 red wines, x2 white, x1 Rose. They did serve spirits as well. Would stay here again.
