Amazing service and support being picked up from port and taken into the old town. Can’t thank the staff enough for being problem solvers, getting me good restaurant reservations and taking care of my questions and logistical needs.
Such a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town. The antique house is both elegant and cozy. The guests are friendly and helpful. The beds and pillow are really comfortable. Cherry on top, breakfast in the garden is delicious. We will return for sure!
Everything! We got the VIP treatment from start to finish. We were picked up at the peer with a golf cart and driven all the way to the hotel, where we had coffe/tea and cake. Even though we arrived well before normal check inn they managed to get everything ready shortly after our arrival (1200). The location and atmosphere is amazing, with my favourite being the garden area. A water feature in the middle with trees giving off a cooling shade, and with a little pool to dip into. The breakfast was very nice as well.
Can't think of anything, the lights would sometimes flicker in the bathroom, but that's all.
Great location and very atmospheric, room well appointed, bathroom excellent, bed very comfortable. The courtyard wonderful, great place to have breakfast in the morning, and a peaceful place to read a book and after a dip in the plunge pool in the afternoon after spending hours walking around the old town. Perfect. Eleanor and Theodore were great hosts.

Staff, location and facilities all outstanding - from the beautiful room to the serene outdoor garden space. Breakfast excellent. Absolutely stunning hotel - would stay again in a heartbeat.

Alles top und mit 10 zu bewerten: Lage + Einrichtung und Ausstattung + architektonische Gestaltung + der wunderschöne Innenhof mit kleiner Pool-Oase + der wunderschöne Wohn- und Lesesaal (mit sehr gut sortierter Bibliothek mit aktueller und klassischer deutsch-, englisch-, französisch-, griechisch- ubd italienischsprachiger Literatur) + das Frühstück + die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer + so viel mehr, das hier nicht mehr hinpasst!

Einfach alles, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Der Service und das Frühstück waren überragend! Wir wurden freundlicherweise abgeholt. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!
We stayed here for four nights on our first trip to Rhodes. The hotel is a beautiful renovation set off a cobbled alley in what turned out to be my favourite part of the old town, a short walk from the more touristy bits. We stayed in the suite on the top floor up a seperate flight of stairs (the Grand Master Suite I think), but honestly I reckon all rooms are equally lovely and there ws even one on the ground floor by the entrance gate that looked nice and private and would be perfect for any with mobility issues. The garden is beautiful and we spent quite a bit of time sitting out there relaxing, between trips into town and a trip to Symi. Breakfasts in the courtyard were great. Most of all we would like to thank Elena, Theodore and the lovely housekeeping lady. They are such great hosts who do anything to help. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again if in Rhodes. Rachel and Nick
We loved the quiet, garden amazing helpful staff and the breakfasts. We even got upgraded to nicer room.
