The best hotel yo stay SONESTA HOTEL
Pros:

From entering tje hotel till checking out was just the best experience
The breakfast is the best very good service, the coffee guy should get a raise hahaha, all in all we love staying al the SONESTA HOTEL.

Magnifique séjour à Bogota
Pros:

Très bel hôtel moderne dans les quartiers nord de Bogota. Service impeccable . Chambre spacieuse au design moderne avec vue sur un hall grandiose. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner. Quartier très animé avec beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants.

Tout était parfait.

No trust at all
Cons:

When arrived was told my reservation didn’t exist - they had to make it at the front desk but had no vacancy for the last day, forcing me to find another hotel and waste time to move - when asked about the motive of no having my reservation, they said the hotel would be full loaded for that week and because of that all reservations were dropped. So they lost me as a loyal customer forever for any Sonesta in the world.
