El servicio a las habitaciones de Room Service no me gustó porque la comida no es agradable deberían tener mejores opciones en el menú y mejorar la calidad de los platos en sabor y presentación.

Servicio excepcional, te sientes como en casa, atención súper cálida.
Pros:

La atención del pesonal en general excelente, pero destacan los señores del restaurante en que sirven el desayuno, muy amables, serviciales, cálidos y con enorme disposición de servicio. Excelentes todos, sin excepción.

Extremely CLEAN ! Friendly helpful staff , location perfect , breakfast staff is amazing and the food at breakfast is delicious and beautiful- comfortable bed sheets very good - quite- our standards are very high and I would come back to this place anytime we had business in Bogota
