Pros:

El personal muy amable, todos dispuestos a apoyarte. La seguridad muy buena en la zona de salones.

Cons:

A pesar de haber reservado un salón para 10 personas con TV toda la semana, todos los días tuvimos problemas para validar en qué salón trabajar y los dos últimos días estuvimos en un salón para 6 personas sin TV.

Hospedagem que torna a experiência em Bogotá ótima!
Pros:

Localização, infraestrutura do hotel, segurança, atendimento excelente da equipe do hotel e todas comodidades oferecidas. Café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

Não ter ar condicionado quente, mas acredito por não fazer muito frio em Bogotá que não tenha.

impressive modern hotel with top notch services

modern clean convenient hotel in quiet neighbourhood. check in was smooth and welcoming. room was spacious. bed was comfortable. linen was fresh, pure white and soft. breakfast was amazing with varied selection and choices. the chefs were talented and prepared well seasoned dishes. the baked goods were fresh, original and tasty. service was attentive and helpful. coffee was aromatic and smooth. highly recommend.

Pros:

Great hotel for a stay in Bogota. Well located across from a shopping center (Unicentro) which also offers a supermarket as well as a number of dining options. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel as I have stayed there multiple times and am never disappointed.
