No respetan reservas.

Cons:

No respetaron mi reserva hecha con mucho tiempo de anticipación, cancelaron mi reserva un par de horas antes del check in de manera deliberada y solo mediante envío de un correo me fue informado, no se tomaron ni siquiera la molestia de contactarme al número telefónico o de WhatsApp, lo cual me parece una falta de respeto y seriedad del hotel para con los huéspedes, si uno no revisa el correo entonces pierde su tiempo desplazándose al hotel con una reserva ya cancelada.

Aucun personnel lors de mon arrivée, j’ai attendu 30 min dehors en pleine nuit seule.

Pueden mejorar el servicio, la ubicación perfecta
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación y en segundo lugar la atención y cordialidad por parte del señor de la cocina al igual que los desayunos.

Cons:

1.Siempre que necesite consultar algo no había nadie en la recepción.
2.Me hospede tres dias y en el segundo dia a mi regreso al hotel había una huésped extranjera que no hablaba español afuera en la calle por lago tiempo y nadie le abria y que tenía reserva, la hice seguir y no había nadie en recepción me comunique a un número que tenía del hotel, respondió una señora y me dijo que le dijera al huésped que espera en loby.
3. durante la estadia nunca pasaron por la habitación para hacer aseo, y como no habia recepcionista no fue posible la comunicacion.

Ubicación excelente

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento de la casa, sin iluminación exterior, propicia atracos. En el interior hay descuido total. Se toman en serio lo de Habana vieja.
