An wonderfull stay in a warm and friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel Rosenhof
In this cosy and comfortabel hotel, we recieved a warm welcome. All our questions were kindly answered and we had a very nice stay in this small town, including an exiting evening at the “Rodelbahn”.
After we lost our carkeys while skiing, the hotel owners very kindly helped us, not only for transport, but by alerting all staff on the skipistes and miraculously managed to get our keys back.

Absolute amazing stay
Pros:

This place is absolutely amazing, from the welcoming and personal sit down upon arrival, to the views and all amenities. The breakfast is beyond amazing and all fresh and many home made items which were so yummy. It was perfectly located, the spa was great and relaxing, we loved the ping long too and the honest bar. All over all this is a very warm, welcoming place and we would definitely highly recommend it. The owners are also lovely.

Gartenhotel Rosenhof Kitzbuehel is a fantastic hotel with a very friendly staff. During our stay at the hotel, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and played a lot in the special zones for kids inside and outside. We recommend it.

A perfect trip to a beautiful part of the world

This was our first visit to the Gartenhotel Rosenhof and less than a week later we are on the website looking to book a return trip! We loved our stay here, our room was clean, well appointed and with glorious views over the mountains. The family who run the Rosenhof are incredibly helpful and friendly and answered our endless questions about cable car passes and walking routes. We even bought some of their homemade rose marmalade home with us! This was our favourite holiday yet - just perfect.

This location was very enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Making dinner reservations and giving directions. It felt like home it was so comfortable. Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable.
We will not hesitate to visit again.

Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Sehr nette Gastgeber, ruhige Lage und ein schönes, geräumiges Studio mit gut ausgestatteter Küche machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Wir hatten wunderbares Wetter und konnten vom Hotel aus mit dem Auto viele Ski Lifte in nur wenigen Minuten Fahrt erreichen. Auch der kleine aber feine Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Massagesessel war toll. Vielen lieben Dank!

Great stay in comfortable family hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in Gartenhotel Rosenhof in August. We had a comfortable room with a lovely view over the valley. It is a family run hotel with exceptionally good and friendly service, especially Jonathan who spoke in Dutch to my Dutch wife. On arrival we were welcomed personally with a fresh drink on the terrace and the staff were helpful with advice on restaurants and attractions. While we were there my wife had a milestone birthday and the family gave complimentary wine. There is a nice garden to the front with a swimming pool which was appreciated as the weather was hot. The breakfast buffet was great and we were able to enjoy it on the terrace with beautiful views of the mountains. There were indoor games and the hotel had some bikes which guests could use free of charge. The hotel is bed and breakfast only but they do provide complimentary tea/ coffee and biscuits in the afternoon. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Oberndorf village which lies midway between Sankt Johann and Kitzbuhel.

Family run hotel. You can feel the commitment, hospitality. We had a great stay! Facilities, such as pool, sauna, table tennis, pool table and fusball table were great! The apartment Oberdorf was great! Kitchenette we’ll equiped, with dishwasher.

Fantastic holiday accommodation

My husband and I have just had a week at this fabulous hotel. The family who own it were very helpful and friendly, we a a studio which was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great, very clean. Didn’t use the gym equipment but did use the massage chair every day. Breakfast had everything you would need, eggs, ham, cheese, lots of delicious bread. We would definitely recommend this hotel , was in a great position for visiting different places. Defo 5 star

The perfect Christmas wonderland!

Our family of 7 celebrated Christmas in the Villa Rosa Chalet. It was the perfect, magical experience that we had hoped for.
The chalet was spacious, comfortable beds, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, large dining area...perfect in every way.
Breakfast in the restaurant was great- my grandkids loved squeezing their own orange juice and timing their eggs.
We had the best afternoon using the sleds and experiencing the beauty that was right on the property. Absolutely stunning!
Did I mention the fabulous staff? This is a family owned and operated hotel...and they provided excellent care, service and took care of every detail. Anna was helpful and happy.
It was the perfect place- we felt cared for and knew that we could get travel advice and help!

United Wellnesshotel am Rande von Kitzbühel

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohn und Schlafzimmer getrennt.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider war das Buffet auf sehr engem Raum was in Corona Zeiten eher nicht sehr angenehm war.
Pool und Sauna OK
In unmittelbarer Nähe drei Gasthäuser.
Kitzbühel, Kirchberg und Going mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
