Buen servicio de restaurante y mini bar, habitaciones cómodas , instalaciones limpias , amplio parqueadero , piscina limpia y segura .

Es muy central cerca a restaurantes y tiendas. Falta un poco de variedad en el desayuno
Particularmente me molestaron tres cosas: La negativa de no guardar el equipaje en la recepción mientras recibía la habitación fue bastánte incómodo para mi puesto que tuve que cargar con todo mi equipaje durante 4 horas. En segundo lugar tuvieron que mudarme de habitación que aun cuando era muy pequeña (esa no es necesariamente mi queja) tenía descompuesto el aire acondicionado y en la segunda habitación aun cuando el aire funcionaba tenía un sonido demasiado molesto que en algunas ocasiones llegaba a ser muy alto, como si estuviera descompuesto. Y finalmente con mi pareja pedimos un par de cocteles y la piña colada que pedimos llegó tibia y para valer 30000 pesos no me pareció que tenía la calidad esperada.
No es muy buena la limpieza y aparte el personal de la recepción poco y nada amable

Muy tranquilo y limpio. Lo unico q no me gusto es que las zonas Humedas no estaban en funcionamiento y en los servicios que aca ofrecen por hotels.com los daban como serviciables. Unico detalle para tener en cuenta.
The only thing I did not like was to have to pay for extra plate of soup during a brunch breakfast which was included in my stay.
En general bien, pero como en un lugar donde el calor es bastante, se cobra el vaso de hielo, a pesar de los consumo que se hacen. El checkin deberia ser a las 3 p.m como en la.mayoria de hoteles

They charged me twice, one from the Expedia app and one from the hotel. It was a hassle to get a refund and resolve the issue. Otherwise nice place.
Awesome Property and staff were great. My only complaint, well the restaurant closes before 7pm. We wanted to dine there after using the pool and were told they were closed.
De rescatar, la comida, el restaurante es bueno, pero la habitación no servía la puerta, las llaves se perdieron 2 veces en la recepción, nadie atiende en el parqueadero y si llegar tarde te quedas sin espacio, el lobby queda solo en varias ocasiones y hay que esperar mucho para ser atendido, muy flojo para lo que cobran
Es buena pero lo malo cuando llegas te cobran impuestos y cuando uno hace la reservacion dice que todo esta incluido impuestos y demas, el personal es un poco atento pero el hotel esta bien y la zonas comunes tambien.
There ac in the room wasn’t working they changed our room after 5 hrs the it’s was late at 12:00am very bad experience then charged us tax even tho I was a tourist , in Colombia your not supposed to charge tourist tax lol made it that was the good thing
Very thankful for receiving my uncle and wife early for check in as they are in their 70s. they loved food, very nice service and great accommodations. Will be back for sure.

Es un lugar muy bonito, aseado, muy buena la ubicación si vas en plan de fiesta puesto que queda cerca a la zona de discotecas, el personal es muy amable y agradable, siempre están pendientes de lo que necesitas, incluso cuando hicimos el check out seguían siendo muy serviciales con muy buena actitud
Fue buen lugar muy limpio y muy bonitas instalaciones y cuenta con dos piscinas
