Hotel muy bien ubicado y limpio
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, las áreas comunes estaban muy bien, el personal amable

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó fue en 2 piso y el chico que nos mostró la habitación no me ayudó a subir la maleta

Casi perfecto.
Pros:

No me aloje en el hotel.

Cons:

Realmente todo estaba muy bien.
Pero los aires acondicionados disponibles son de una generación muy vieja y no enfrían mucho. Por esa razón preferí cambiarme de hotel.

Q dijeron q el restaurante era hasta las 8pm y a las 7pm ya estaba cerrado .. q dijeron q después del check out guardaban las maletas y era mentira...el ruido en la noche no me dejó dormir bien

Pros:

Las piscinas son bonitas, la comida deliciosa y cuando pedimos cambio de habitación nos lo dieron de inmediato

Cons:

Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación (219) con el aire acondicionado dañado y en la que se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, musica, peleas y un ruido fuerte del aire...esa noche no logramos descansar pero al dia siguiente al poner la queja nos cambiaron a otra habitación un poco mas comoda y aislada de ruido
