Hotel Best Mediterraneo

Tuvimos un problema con la comida de uno de los días. Teníamos pensión completa para los 4 días, y uno de ellos, preguntamos en recepción a ver si a las 14:30 era la última hora de entrada o si por el contrario, cerraba el buffet a esa hora. Nos contestaron que las 14:30 era la última hora de entrada, pero que podríamos comer sin ningún problema. Llegamos a las 14:25, y el encargado del comedor nos dijo que nos quedaban 5 minutos para comer. Apagaron las luces del buffet mientras estábamos comiendo, tuvimos que comer en 10 minutos, además de tener que coger toda la comida corriendo para poder disfrutar de algo de comida.

La propreté de la chambre a revoir il avais des cheveux sur le carrelage de la salle de bain , des poils sur la cuvette des toilettes.

La piscine les skimmer noir a l'intérieur.

El tema de los ascensores.
Había solo 2 y pequeños, perdías la paciencia esperando.
También la piscina no tiene acceso para gente mayor

Trop de monde, un seul ascenseur une attente interminable. Buffet assez répétitif, parfois plus d'eau de disponible.

L'insonorité des chambres. On entends trop les bruits extérieurs et les bruits de couloirs difficile de se reposer. Dommage que l'eau soit payante et qu'il ni ai pas de carafe d'eau sur les tables.

I very rarely leave negative reviews but here we go.

The main problem with this hotel is the other guests and the lack of control from the staff to manage them.
There were so many people who were all inclusive abusing alcohol and causing issues around the pool in their rooms and in reception.
During our stay we had to change room due to drunk neighbours smashing their room up and screaming at 4am in the morning. We complained and were asked to check out of our room at 10 am and not given a new room until 1pm wasting a lot of our day due no fault of our own. The staff almost seemed annoyed that they had to help us despite saying they'd had lots of complaints about those other guests. Those other guests were not kicked out of the hotel, when I asked why I was told they booked with Jet2 and they were discussing it with their rep. They were still there the day we checked out.
There were fights and arguments by the pool, a full blown fight in reception which required an ambulance calling. The pool area by the end of the day was filthy due to guests leaving rubbish everywhere despite bins being available.
I understand that the hotel can't be held responsible for the guests who book but they have to be held accountable for policing them. Ignoring bad behaviour and not taking action spoils everyone else's experience.
I'm British but this place is the definition of 'bad brits abroad' I'd avoid this hotel at all cost unless you want a wild holiday with very little sleep.
The pool area is far too small for the number of guests. The pool area is locked until 1000 so people are queuing to rush and get all the beds by around 0930.
The lifts are slow with a low capacity to do you spend a lot of time waiting for lifts too.
We won't be going back to this hotel.

Tenien un ascensor espatllat i el diumenge quan vàrem deixar l’hotel encara no estava arreglat

Los ascensores, uno estaba estropeado y había mucha gente en el hotel. Son pequeños y tardan mucho. Siempre subi andando a la habitacion(4° piso).
