The location is amazing, best sunsets of the whole island! Definition of romance! The staff were very friendly and our stay was lovely. Only 1 night we were locked out the room as the key card didn't work and the receptionist had to come in the middle of the night to let us in, as they don't have 24h reception and it took a while.

Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back!

Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating.
The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you.

The Staff was great and very attentive. We appreciated all the amenities from the breakfasts to the views. This is one of the nicest accommodations we have ever experienced. The property is centrally located and is very close to everything in Fira.

We loved staying at Nefeles; the service was amazing. Antonis and Spies went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We had an awesome view of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera. Their breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The location is perfect with everything within a few minutes walk.
My wife and I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites during our stay in Fria, Santorini during the end of April 2025. From the very moment of our arrival, the staff did an amazing job. We were greeted by Anthony and Siperio and they welcomed us with open arms. Taking time to share with us some of the local culture, things to see and do, places to eat etc. Our room was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, spacious and the most amazing view of the caldera. The staff served an amazing Greek breakfast to our room each morning. We are very thankful to Anthony and his team for making our first Greek experience in Santorini so amazing and comfortable. Highly recommend you consider this gem of a property and experience firsthand the wonderful staff and accommodations.

Loved our stay at nefeles. Everything was superb. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Veiws from the room were stunning. Fantastic breakfast brought to you at a time you decide. Decor very aesthetic.

Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, and their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hot water was inconsistent, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the safety of the upstairs bedroom was concerning; there was a wide opening without guardrails near the stairwell, posing a serious risk of falling. Walking around in the room didn't feel safe due to these design issues
