Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Pas d'indication de l’hotel sur la route.
Il fallait attendre 15h pour voir quelqu'un.
Nous avions pris une catégorie supérieure : pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain (nous sommes en montagne), WC et lavabo abîmés, bar très sombre pas accueillant...nous avons changé d'hôtel sans un geste commercial

Pros:

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Είχαμε μείνει και πέρσι στο ξενοδοχείο και είχαμε μείνει ικανοποιημένοι! Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο και πεντακάθαρο. Είχαμε ζητήσει αν ήταν εφικτό να έχουμε το ίδιο δωμάτιο με πέρσι με χαρά μας εξυπηρέτησαν. Θα είναι σίγουρα από τις πρώτες επιλογές όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το Πήλιο!

Pros:

The service was wonderful and the view was beautiful.
I needed to teach a Zoom class, and the reception in our room wasn’t good. The staff immediately stepped in to help and opened a suite for me with strong reception, from which I was able to teach the class.
On our last day, when we were supposed to leave early, they opened the kitchen an hour ahead of schedule and provided us with a full breakfast.
The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of diesel in all the rooms.
The internet was slow and could be improved.

This feedback is meant to be constructive, and these are only minor adjustments that could make the experience even better.
Aside from that, everything was perfect.
