Временами ужасная вонь из ванной комнаты заполоняло всю комнату и плюс к этому еще и не работала вытяжка в ванной. Очень слабый напор воды в душе оставлял желать лучшего…

I sincerely appreciated the housekeeping team’s attention to cleanliness, Ms. Sinem’s kind assistance during breakfast and dinner, and the constant care shown by the rest of the staff in checking whether I needed anything. I would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet at the entrance for helping with my luggage and always asking if I need anything whenever I depart, as well as the lady in security for her warm smile.
The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the honeycomb at breakfast; everything else was perfect.

The staff are very unprofessional specially the staff in the reception are very very rude .
I need to call them 20 times to bring us water bottles, they trying to make every thing to charge you a little bit more money, you feel that you are in a hostel and not in 5 star hotels “ i have been almost in all 5 star hotels in ankara” and i never had seen 5 star hotel like this , really shameful .
Ankara’da merkezi bir konumda olan Lugal A Collection otelin odalarının genişliği ve konforu mükemmeldi. Ama beni en çok mutlu eden personelin kalitesi, güleryüzü ev samimiyetiydi. Hepsi birbirinden değerli tüm personele öncelikle teşekkür ederim.
Kahvaltı salonu tadilatta olmasına rağmen 2 günlük konuklamada 1. gün hemen yanında yer alan Sheratonda ki kahvaltıyı beğenmedim. Buna rağmen 2. gün sabahı odaya istediğimiz ürünlerle donatılmış kahvaltıyı yollayınca tüm olumsuz duygularım değişti.

Bu kaçıncı konaklamamiz bilmiyorum ama çok uzun süredir Ankara'da otel konaklaması gerektiğinde başka bir oteli tercih etmiyoruz. Executive suitler ev tadında. Personel inanılmaz yardımcı ve misafirperver. Odalar gayet temiz oda manzaraları gayet iyi.

This is probably the best hotel in Ankara, facilities such as the possibility of choosing breakfast in two hotels (in the same complex there is also Sheraton), a large swimming pool and spa complex, as well as a huge fitness center make me say with confidence --> it is really worth spending more time here
It’s recomended as the best hotel in Ankara. The location and staff is goid. Size of the room is perfect.
It’s called a luxury collection, but the quality is poor. Rooms furniture, bathroom is low class to average. Comparing other hotels that I stayed in the world. Minibar and bathroom is very poor quality. Like a cheap motel.
