We liked the location, the comfy room, the spa pool facility, the breakfast. We liked pretty much everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was just beautiful, great location and very stylish hotel. The breakfast room and courtyard is so elegant and the staff were so helpful and kind.
The bathroom and room was a bit tired and dated, though it was still stylish and clean. We had a strange experience where we were told dinner was absolutely not possible by front desk and when we went upstairs it was very possible and we got seated straight away. The indoor smoking was not something I’m used to.
The service was excellent, breakfast good (they were doing it on the rooftop when I was there which was nice).
Location is fantastic as a family trip spot - very walkable area.
The decor is nice but a little tired, lighting especially in the bathroom could use a tune up. Spa services, massage specifically, was meh especially for price.

När man stiger in i detta otroligt smakfulla och vackra hotell slås man över hur allt känns så elegant, stilrent och mysigt på en och samma gång:
- ljuset från lamporna är dovt (mycket uppskattat)
- färgerna är varma, neutrala och passar så fint till alla exklusiva naturmaterial
- det märks att någon/några har sett till detaljerna när det kommer till färg- och form och utformning
Personalen är dessutom oerhört skicklig på att få Dig att känna Dig välkommen och de verkar tycka det är trevligt att ta hand om Dig (läs: de verkar trivas med sina arbetsuppgifter).
Personalen verkar vara genuint intresserade av att göra sitt bästa för att man ska få en unik och speciell upplevelse !!
Hotellets interiör består mestadels av trä, vilket får oss människor att slappna av och sova mycket gott !!
Det hade varit trevligt om frukosten hade bestått av mer färsk frukt (skivad och vackert upplagd på fina fat samt med dekorationer av färsk frukt/grönsaker).
Att det fanns flera olika slags färskpressade juicer var imponerande (apelsinjuice i paket är godare än färskpressad som inte smakar något).
Som vegetarian- eller vegan saknar man ”plantbased” smör, pålägg och grönsaker.

Hummusen var god men stod inte på en kall plats…
Ett exklusivt hotell av denna höga klass är värdig en vackrare- och mer exklusiv uppläggning, dekoration och innehåll (!)
