Wonderful place to stay, near North shore Hospital which was reason for stay.
Pros:

The room was huge, and the parking right outside the door. We had a fabulous meal at their Backyard restaurant. Wide Menu to choose from, and the super lady there just made our trip magical!

Cons:

Everything was perfect!

Wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Location was good and a lot of food options in walking distance

Cons:

Parking is terrible, when people in other rooms were using the water it affected the shower temperature, it was very noisy and online pictures were different to what was really there.
Kids play area is nothing like the picture and the pool has a pubs outdoor area next to it for everyone to see you.
Wouldn’t stay again

had a great stay would come back int the future and recommend to others!
Pros:

great location close to the venue we were visiting, super comfy + clean bed, good shower, loved the pool! Staff we're helpful and friendly

Cons:

not a major issue but the carpet had a few stains and there was a few dusty areas in the room but again nothing major

Was a nice comfy night for a short stay on our way back home.
Pros:

Location good, price was good. Bed was comfy and there was aircon. Staff were lovely

Cons:

The shower over the bath was tricky for my elderly parents. A door with a swipe card access to our complex building was broken so anyone could enter

Pros:

Friendly atmosphere, watching my grandkids on the play modules + in the pool.

Cons:

No defined reserved car parking, I went out twice + had to park up the top cause twice 2 vehicles without permits had parked where I had been ,other than that aigud!

It was adequate, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Beds were lovely and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

No spare blankets. My wife slept with a puffer jacket on as she was so cold. No plug for the kitchen sink (that got sorted), no plug for the bathroom basin. Lots of paint chips on the doorway and skirting boards. Bedside cabinet hadn't been vacuumed behind for at least six months!

Avoid if possible
Cons:

Grotty and feels like a time warp, late night swimmers (until 2am) no security or staff to sort them out, burn outs and homeless people drunk in the back carpark. Cheap pod style room leaked in heavy rain and backs onto a carpark which had homeless talking all night.

Loved the stay as I’ve stayed there before many times but in the apartments. WE MISS THE APARTMENTS!!
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

The slide doors where the kitchen wasn’t clean & it had food stains. The window where i opened the certain had handprints all over it (must’ve been previous people that stayed there).
