Pros:

滿安靜的房間內的環境，離府中15捷運站滿近的，有咖啡屋和拉麵店喔，對面需過馬路也有很多的商家和當地的市場和其他的寺廟（媽祖廟和文昌帝君的廟）喔！和其他的醫美藥妝店（日本藥本舖）喔！和其他的站牌（公車）和當地的公園和警察局.

房間的冷太超過的冷呀？？.…21度（冷氣空調和暖氣都是一樣的冷或燙）呀？..

9樓還可以洗衣和烘乾, 交通四通八達非常方便
